No. North Korea is on its own. The Chinese and the Russians are not going to help them, unless Kim Jong Un agrees to step down. But then, even if the DPRK is on its own, the Americans will find it very hard to attain a decisive victory against the former. The war will wage for years, and there will be hundreds of thousands of casualties on the American side.

There are no permanent enemies or friends. As long as Turkey don't wan to invade Russia (and vice versa), both these countries can remain in good terms. Both these nations are pretty isolated right now, and they are looking for friendship.

In the end, Russia will disintegrate into many small countries. So it was with the Soviet Union and Russia. As for Crimea then it is recognized as territory of Ukraine at the international level. Sooner or later the Crimea will return to Ukraine.
