One of the first things I bought related to bitcoin was a cloud mining contract, at the time it was the easiest way to buy Bitcoin with PayPal. It was very profitable for me because the price increased after I had finished the contract

Until that day I only saved my coins.
For some reason the hoster did not accept my previous payment method, so I thoght why not use my bitcoins instead.
And it worked without problems instantly.
Since then I use btc as payment regularly.

I have never bought anythings by bitcoin although i have many bitcoin in my wallet. The reason why i have not bought anythings is no store in my country accept bitcoin. So it is a little bit inconvenient when holding such large amount of bitcoin while i can not use it in my country 
the first thing i bought with bitcoin was a game from a third party provider and i did that only because he was offering a very great deal with a big discount compared to the real original store!

The first thing i bought with bitcoin is a mobile phone its not actually directed to spend on bitcoin but i exchange my btc to fiat because bitcoin merchants are still not here on my country thats why i always exchange it to fiat. When i buy my 1st mobile phone on my bitcoin earnings im too glad since all of my hardworks on earning it is just worth it thats why im pursuing until now to earn more bitcoin nowadays.

The only thing I have bought with BTC is gold. I did that a few times, bought from Provident Metals and from Veldtgold (latter here at bitcointalk). Both accepted BTC and both delivered just fine.

My first thing i spend my bitcoin in loading my cellphone and later on i have pretty good amount of bitcoin then i exchange it into fiat then i purchase some groceries that we need in our house and now it will be the routine of my bitcoin.
The VERY first thing I bought with my coin was probably some credit for my phone. I didn't actually need the airtime, I guess I just wanted to assure myself that it does indeed work. lol. Was quite nervous then.
After that, I sold a VERY small amount into fiat, just to confirm again that I could really turn it into money.
After a couple of successful attempts, I finally got the nerve to trade it with fiat, shop for things, and generally have the confidence that it won't get denied. lol. (Bitcoin is actually my very first foray into all kinds of digital currency.)

The first things i bought was food, after i gained my first coin i treated all of my friends for a snack, i was quite happy because i got my first coin from competition, and because they were so supportive so i bought them food

I remember those days when i said this was just a fad and will eventually die off in a few months.
But 7 years later look where we are now.

the first thing i bought with my bitcoin is prepaid phone card, and pay my internet bills with bitcoin. and also, i am paying my online train ticket on the store online.
i remember that the first thing i bought with bitcoins was my mobile phone as i bought the bitcoins and then used it in the shop online
I remember buying my school supplies by asking my friend to encash my coins for me. Without Bitcoin, I shouldn't have passed that school year. Good thing I have been doing for a while before the school year started back then.
If I remember correctly I first bought some games for bitcoin on 3rd party service https://steambitshop.com/ as Steam direct bitcoin acceptance was a dream back then.
Then I discovered services like Humble Bundle (they discontinued bitcoin support, anyone know why?) and G2A, and lastly Steam introduced BTC support in April.

I never bought anything using Bitcoin physically since there's still no merchant available here in my country that's why I can't spend them actively but the first thing I bought using Bitcoin is top upping my online game on steam which is Dota2. It was a very smooth and convenient transaction since there's no hassle on purchasing you just click and confirm then viola! Credits arrive.

the first thing i bought with bitcoin was a game that i purchased from one of those third party sites that were selling steam games for a cheaper price and since it was really with a big discount i liked it a lot.
but nothing bigger so far. although i hope i can someday start spending bitcoin and buy anything that i want not some small stuff off of internet.
