I like paper money. I like to feel the buying power in my hands :p Bitcoin makes me feel like a robot. I am not saying paper money is better tho.

Thats true, and it was said in most of the opinions here that a cashless society will not be a very good way of innovation, which I agree with cause you can see  a massive accounts will be compile in one or more companies or entities whixh may be a bait for the hackers to bite , and as they say it may also happened that if you are not a good citizen your profit will be hold or account which is unfair.

The future of the paper money is not so good because the fact is that its gonna less more than back in the days.
Digital money is taking over the world... its all digital.
Currently paper money is quite difficult to develop, because most people are now using technology tools that are getting older now more sophisticated, so in each country it is quite applied technology like that.
Well this is new era and there is nothing surprising if it is happening now people have become very fast and they are more luxurious as well so they prefer new developed things such as way of shopping and goods purchasing has changed and people are trying to save time as well. In old age it was not possible to pay for things staying at home but now it is happening because of bitcoin and crypto currency so I think it is best and future of paper money is under crypto’s popularity.

I don't want it to happen, don't want everything digitalized. But i think it's just a matter of time until we can only see paper money in museums.
It is kinda sad to be honest, but hey, "we are advancing" right ? Wrong, we are destroying, but it's just in our minds we are going somewhere better

Andrew Haldane said one solution would be for the Bank of England to issue a state-backed digital currency based on bitcoin. Supporting this initiative would be a negative interest rate levied on paper currency relative to the digital currency, with these measures do you think there is more possibilities that sometime:

Paper money will be banned entirely?
How long do you think that happens?
would it work?
What security and privacy risks would it raise?
And how would public and privately issued monies interact?

For me, I think paper money will turned into legend as we are going to the future of digital...
Everything will be digitalized in the future as we seen on the movies. And Paper money will exist of course in the future. Everyone needs them and that is very important.
Many people dont even know what Bitcoin is and that is a big problem for Bitcoin. I hope later that more people will also use some Bitcoin ..

Paper money will not disappear even after 20 years. Paying for small purchases is more profitable than cash with the help of a bank card or a cryptocurrency.

With the development of civilization everything goes to the past. This applies to paper money. With the development of information technology, they were replaced by electronic so-called virtual money. For example, in Sweden, cash already makes up 7 percent of GDP. Perhaps in 20 years, this percentage will be reduced to a minimum. Cash will be used as a surplus in some cases.

Paper money will stay forever i guess because it is easier to use especially in small transactions and when you buy on small stores and i think poor countries will still use paper money because it is very hard for them to use virtual money.

No matter what all  forms of digital currencies come up in the future it will not be a threat for the real life currency. As we all need real life currency for our day to day activities.

I agree with the future will be dominated by the digital payment method. so bills will decrease in its use. I don't think with paper money will be lost. but only the intensity of use are to be reduced.
That would happen, people will slowly adopt with the crypto currency as they will understand it as a best online currency
since it's faster and cheaper. I believe the future will change, from centralized some will also adopt with decentralized currency and that would
boost the value of the coin that will be popular in the future, IMO it will still be bitcoin.

Digital currencies are efficient and very attractive to a lot of people who are seeking freedom in terms of their money and transaction but we all know that this currencies cannot be approved by the government to replace the usual fiat or currency we are using since it will be greatly affecting one's country isince digital currencies are so volatile and not stable.

paper money will be lost? very far from the expectation of a possibility if the paper material has begun to run out of digital currency technology may be applied around the world.
The future shift to fully electronic money changes somewhat its nature of paper money. Paper money is already becoming information itself, which is  useless.e-money is the first step towards creating a world currency.

There will always be a use for paper money. Just like physical books are still read and loved.

And, to some degree, people still listen to CDs and Tapes, despite the digital versions being easier Smiley

We all know that nowadays in developed or developing countries in the world have been using electronic payment, very few users pay with paper money anymore. On my taxis, I also have an electronic form of payment instead of the regular paper money

Only the people of the government will decide on when the paper money exist. Most people didn't know how bitcoin works. But its all about future nothing's know what happen next, its possibly only.
Now a days everything is going digital and bitcoin is also a digital currency bitcoin is more better then paper money its price is very high than any other currency because its doing something extra than any other currency bitcoin is working day and night that’s why its price is very high than any other currency and still it’s going high bitcoin is now unstoppable so I hope bitcoin will end world poverty as well which is not possible for paper money.
The truth is that probably in the coming decades the money will change again to be completely different, the reason being once again the human desire for a more comfortable life.Better life with bitcoin

The future for paper money is crazy with what I was thinking if crypto would replace our forms of payment and transactions in life. This is crazy, I think the world government will not be able to do this in the future.
