This idea really doesn’t seem possible since every island out there is currently under the possession of a country. The idea sounds nice though, on paper, but it will be to hard to implement. The reason is: every country has different laws, some countries have legalised it and some countries haven’t even acknowledged it. It would also be way to hard to organise with people from different countries who might not even speak whatever language you speak. The idea seems very similar to a bitcoin paradise.

One more thing is, why would you use a currency that rises and falls for your daily needs? The prices of groceries  would change every day if not hour. The island would be way to hard to manage and laws would have to implemented also. In theory this idea sounds great, but in reality it seems to hard to implement and too many factors to consider.

In other countries embraced cryptocurrency with an open mind. Just the government don't recognized it. For me, it's better to bitcoin be legalized because as a matter of fact it can help other unemployed people to have a job eventhough he/she is at home. If we're just open minded with it. It may be our future

In most countries, bitcoin is nothing illegal, only the government does not recognise it as a currency. Infact there are a few countries like Japan who have officially accepted Bitcoins as a currency and in some countries it is accepted as a legal form of tender for trade.
if only those bigger countries around would accept bitcoin if what it is and serve its purpose as a currency i think the value would be huge and it can really help economy but government will make sure that it will be favored them whenever they will start regulating and accepting bitcoin from their country.

Legalized usage will bring more users into the community. But the same will affect several unique features that bitcoin has got, and importantly the system becomes centralized and because of this surely it will loss the value it gained to certain extent.
If any government legalizes bitcoin it could attract more business and that is the only advantage it has because there is clarity regarding on the government will be dealing with crypto currency and here the OP wants to own an island and start regulating bitcoin.  Cheesy No comments on that.

Yeah that's a good future on bitcoin if it really be possible, but I don't think government will make it non taxable based on the government regulations those politicians will implement. The plans of legalization of bitcoin will take a long ways process and before that is going to be in reality, every business owners has the profitable earnings to determine and make sure to it the stability of digital currency price. It's so hard to think about this situation of legalization and I think some of thr government leader will be thinking out of the box and bitcoin is really prone to corruption.

Guns on every corner of the form you can find information about that each or almost every user says the legalization of Bitcoin. That's just I can not understand why so strong a desire to lose all of their virtues that give Bitcoin. You understand that the anonymity of Bitcoin and its users makes it possible to avoid paying taxes. What is very important is the last time when many countries and the government simply strangle the people with their taxation.

It is possible that if bitcoin is legal in a country, there will be a change in bitcoin. Even with tax regulation of bitcoin.
This is a consequence of the bitcoin legality that follows the country's government regulations.
The point is that the legalization of Bitcoin is very topical today. A lot of states are already starting to create their own crypto currency, and therefore I have a question why, until now, I but the country are opposed to the legalization of the crypto currency.

Do you think if we create an initiative group for the legalization of bitcoin. To find uninhabited island, to announce the collection of funds for its acquisition. Everyone who contribute will receive a piece of this island. Based on the state of Bitcoin official currency of this state to make a bitcoin. Do you like this idea?

I don't like these idea, it is just like you are saying that we need to be controlled by someone else. It is obvious to inhabit an island we need a leader, we need money to make that place work and that means we will live in the place where we use bitcoin and being taxed by the upper mans. Where is the freedom there? Where is the decentralization? Even the privacy is gone.
Well said, bitcoin itself in this world have a big role and I think that is right no more changes need to be done because the bitcoin itself didn't make that king of idea because as soon as bitcoin gain more popularity many countries will going to adopt it as a mode of payment, So owning a new island is not a good idea.
If many people start using the crypto currency, then for their more confidence, legal assistance will be needed. Because a lot will arise questions that are still incomprehensible to the beginner. And To avoid bad consequences, you must first understand how you can protect such a person before legalizing the crypto currency.

Bitcoin is now rising through its popularization in many states and nation. In that case of legalizing bitcoin, it may be depend upon the state because each state or nation have their own law and rules to follow. If the government see that bitcoin is a good way to lessen unemployed individuals, maybe they would accept to legalize it but with that matter when people learn that it will be easier to earn money in bitcoin than working physically, they would grab the opportunity on focusing in bitcoin and that will cause for the rise of unemployed men because they will retire and try up bitcoin.

I live in Ukraine and I am very pleased that the government starts to recognize the crypto currency and it seems that it is possible to use it without any problems and conduct financial transactions. The National Bank has already announced the possibility of creating its own crypto currency, while other commercial banks take upon themselves the right to sell and exchange bitcoins for different currencies.

The idea is a very good one but the issue of concern here is that we have all mortgaged our freedom to the institution called government. Because if we all agree that we want to have a property there, then how do we migrate considering the fact that leaving from a country to another involves owning a passport and to which country are we saying we are going to and how will government allow us leave out respective countries among other concerns.

You don't buy the Island, you buy the Government.. To get a cheap Gov, looking for a island in economic distress but with not to much debt, put the hard sell on them by saying if do not do something some about you're island , America banks will take it over & rape you're resources.

They will should say yes after that i would imagine

It is an interesting idea, i do not deny that. But i do not think it is possible. That would mean making your own country which is hard, because even if you find an island to buy, that island would be part of some other country, and they would not agree with our new country making. But it is an interesting thing to think of. Cheesy

I like this idea, but I don't want the legalization of bitcoin. For me legalization will not change anything except that my government will be able to legally demand payment from me in taxes over transactions with bitcoin. I like the way it is.
