I don't get why "they" retweet both my and Mirth23's posts... If Mirth23 is right about something in the spacing/padding, which it might be, why retweet my wrongly decoded message?

What i think about the 3 msgs:

Follow the white rabbit
- can't think of anything besides we should follow the 1WTR4Bt(...) which leads us to one of the tx's that hide the message.

Beware the false satoshi
- It could refer to the tx that hides a message, for not being a "real" bitcoin transaction;
- Something about Dorian (but, nothing pointing to this);
- Some "double-spend", some tx with an unreadable output address (but, nothing pointing to this);.

Lost in the white noise
- Could mean that Mirth23 is right about something hidden in the white spaces (noise);
- Could be sound related, like a song/sound file hidden in the blockchain.


Or they just retweeting active clues to "bump" the topic...

The message and the weird padding wasn't that hard to find on my own, but i'm stuck what the padding means. It could be a cipher for something, and CRYPTO being it's key. That would explain the 'false satoshi' and 'white noise' part of the message.

I found this explanation for what "Negative Ghost Rider the pattern is full" means:

"When aircraft are queuing up to land they fly around in some kind of well defined, circular pattern to avoid collisions. There are rules about minimum separation between planes so only so many can fit in the pattern before it's full.

I didn't make a single post in the last one but really enjoyed it as an observer.

As to this one I looked over the Twitter feeds in a bit of detail so I had a couple of thoughts, which are highly likely to be wrong, but that is part of the fun...

1)

347 is the number which keeps appearing everywhere. The #347 at the end of the posts could however be an allusion (in combination with Ghost Rider allusion from Top Gun) to an edition of a comic book, i.e. number 347. We know that coin_artist and the OP is nerdish in tendencies having used extensive game related puzzles before so a comic book seems credible.

Ghost Rider as a character is in #347 of Fantastic Four apparently. If anyone has a huge comic book collection may be worth checking through that for more clues...

2)

I can't find anyone mentioning the Matrix so I'll throw it out there, the white rabbit is quoted in the Matrix (used to awaken and enlighten people) by the character Trinity ==> TR3N47Y. I guess this is quite obvious but worth spelling out as the film has "Wake up, Neo.  The Matrix has you.  Follow the white rabbit." as such a memorable moment may as well mention it. Is this  hint to a mathematical Matrix ?

Is it possible that "@@@" signifies a blockchain transaction that involves 3 parties, as in multisig? Even if this is a misguided suggestion, it's still an interesting exercise in exploring the blockchain. (One of the purposes of ARG's is to learn, right?)

I can't ignore the .1138 transaction going into 1TLSNYAx5P6Yjie3cF97fZh9U4B5UZ7PF (THX 1138 movie reference?).  Following that back hasn't yielded anything yet.  Maybe I'm just finding significance where there is none.  347 also makes me want to substitute 7 with 3 in a private address.  Not sure which one to try though.  Family is calling.  No more time to play.

the original message: The x's seem to refer to some sort of series (3,4,7,9,12,16,30,37,43,48,51,55,59,65), but to what end? It's unclear to me what we might need to apply it to. The bit.ly address seems to be a hint to search the blockchain. Does "W@@@lk" have meaning beyond "walking" between different 1follow txns?

The hidden poem: The first four verses seem (to me) to be about public-key cryptography. The rabbit gives the secret to a "sentry of concealment", a private key, then the "armor crafted in her honor" is the public key. The last verse eludes me and I wonder if there's a specific reason that the word "axiom" is used there - maybe something can be found with more googling. Another reason to think this is about public-key crypto is the embedded "CRYPTO" message.

more transactions: There's a LOT of threads we could follow in the blockchain, even if we limit ourselves to tracing transactions within the last 45 days. Ones coming in and out of 1LsGQV6DvhR1RuK9KX7GkLiGcQ7CEXrZN8 might be particularly interesting.  I am not familiar with tracking transactions so it's challenging for me to tell what looks normal and what looks unusual. there are a few transaction values that look like they might be binary but there haven't been enough to put together much of a message (at least not that I've seen).

more addresses: Several of the other addresses in the chain are clearly vanity addresses picked for this, like "beware" and "satoshi". However, both of those were seeded originally in 2011 and they've been re-used for this purpose. I believe the duplicate message from 1LsGQV6DvhR1RuK9KX7GkLiGcQ7CEXrZN8 is to lead us to 1TLSNYAx5P6Yjie3cF97fZh9U4B5UZ7PF, which is presumably where the reward lives. It might be worth following some of the transactions out of 1LsGQV6DvhR1RuK9KX7GkLiGcQ7CEXrZN8, since there seems to be a lot going on, with some possible binary codes in some of the transfer values.

I tried to extract the series of 20s and 09s that made up the padding to see if I could make it into binaries to find a hidden message but haven't had any luck with that so far. e.g,.:


It does seem strange that there's two different types of padding characters used seemingly arbitrarily and somewhat invisibly - a secret falling in silence with little sound?
