To get in a position, is it necessary to claim his wanted position in a sphere request, or do you check each profile in the end and then evaluate how much each person has done so far for The Movement and assign him a reasonable position?

Me too... I sent my 2nd vote and a sphere application like 7 hours ago and they aren't showing up on the spreadsheet yet. Can anyone else confirm similar situations? I really want to be a part of this and don't want to get low shares due to the penalty -- I don't think I sent the second vote with the subject "Vote #00002" but I followed the correct structure in the body of the message -- will the bot ignore my vote if so? Should I do it again, or is that spam and/or trying to vote twice? I don't want to screw this up!!

I just don't know if I should be concerned or just relax and know the bot will catch up.
