Sorry looking at the code I'd left the ASIC miner view in a state of disarray following some testing (and not having any USB miners to hand)
Please use this version, with FPGA/ASIC miner from the view menu:
http://fabulouspanda.co.uk/macminer/downloads/MacMiner.app-1.3.12.zipand set it up the same way as bfgminer, it should be able to show you temperature readings for multiple USB devices!
It's also possible the temperature will show up in the logs of the bfgminer view now, if you could let me know and if it does post what it outputs that would be much appreciated!
