When you have dead line for this next public build release?

The mDex is supposed to be released on Aug 31 2015.

Don’t be silly.  It’s coming soon.  We have an internal deadline but no public ones yet because I don’t want the devs’ wives to kill me.

The Master Core beta launch is official:
http://blog.mastercoin.org/2014/08/02/beta-release-of-mastercore-0-0-6/

We’d like to announce a new (Beta) release of Mastercore, 0.0.6. This marks the first stable release to the public, and an open invitation to test our core featureset with a familiar API to anyone who has used Bitcoin or is familiar with the Core API.

With this release we offer the following features considered complete as well as documentation on the usage of those features for the Ubuntu Linux, bringing with this release the title of official reference implementation of the Master Protocol.

We welcome input from the community as you begin to work with the release.

Note: This release is Linux-only while the UI undergoes heavy-development. Currently the MetaDex is paired with the UI as the next milestone release for MasterCore. Please keep this in mind while beta-testing; if you need help setting up an Ubuntu instance, we recommend Digitalocean or AWS as great cloud hosting providers for Ubuntu Linux instances.

Please provide any feedback to the Mastercore development team as we work toward providing you with a more stable and useful tool for conducting business on the next-gen Bitcoin ecosystem.

Thank you for this message but 80+ % of the community is using Windows. So when do you expect the real release (Eg: Linux. OSX and Windows version)?

The next public builds will be for other OS’s and will include the UI.  This release is intended for integrators (exchanges, wallet providers) to become familar with the new RPC API, who are looking to get ahead of some of the new asset issuances coming that use the Master Protocol.

Also what is the update about " Two major exchanges accept MasterCoin August 1." I only see Poliniex added which is minor.

RUM AND CARROTS: A PIRATE LIFE FOR ME
Didn't the main developer of counterparty walk away from mastercoin to do his own thing? Why would he want to combine counterparty and mastercoin? I think this will never happen. .

Mastercoin needs counterparty to be independent competition. If it wasn't for them, mastercoin would still be screwing around with GO.

True but now counterparty seems buggy

How so? Explain?

Time is on our side, yes it is!
I've posted a thread up in the main part of bitcointalk asking for Bitcoin 2.0 technologies like Mastercoin be moved out of the Alt-Coin section. I think it would be helpful if people were to show support for moving us out of alt-coins which will give us a better chance to coordinate and discuss outside of this cesspool.

EDIT: Nevermind: the powers that be were swift in burying the post down in Meta/other so no one can see it.

Bitcoin has an innovation problem: people don't want to innovate with it.

I think that is a good idea honestly and it would help in multiple ways IMO.  People on the outside looking in must have no clue what the difference is from Coins like MSC versus all the clones and scams the are in the Altcoin section.  I'm not sure this is the fix but if it helps distinguish some of the differences in the Alt coin market I don't think it will hurt.

I agree with you.
There must be a specific Bitcoin 2.0 section with Mastercoin, Ethereum etc..
