The only point behind Dogecoin pump was "Elon Musk" nothing else and his fake tweets which leads billion dollar investment in Dogecoin that will soon wipe out from the market as he was the biggest whale of Dogecoin holding worth billion dollars of doge along with some other centralised wallets of this meme crypto.What other factors do you think have made this insane pumps in coin which has no past development and the developers are still planning to make updations in the coin but no security so what's the fun of holding them just under his influence.

As of now, dogecoin is one kind of pump-dump things because of the blind puppets of Elon Musk. Though it was used for micro-payments by all previously, but now wrapped dogecoin is becoming popular on defi space just like @Bttzed03 said. It's ridiculous to see that dogecoin is now trending on coingecko just because of elon's tweet. Those blind followers won't get out of fomo anymore and pump it eventually. Afterwards, dumping of dogecoin will be done when bitcoin will take correction. So everyone of those who are still on fomo , should not jump for dogecoin without proper TA, IMHO.

dogecoin is not as bad as it sounds. doge grew up with a strong community. but the hype that followed after Elon did everything was just too strong. the community supports it. But because Elon often plays with the Dogecoin market with his followers who are always fooled by Elon's strategies, making Dogecoin like an annoying meme coin.

It's the cheap transaction fees that made it hype just like how XRP did it. The only problem is there is no real project behind it which will mean a lot if suddenly they don't just want to continue the meme.

Before implementing the pump and dump scheme, you need to get hold of the maximum number of coins.Since 2018, the price of the coin has not changed much for over 2 years. During this time, the coin was bought up. And then a wave of memes began. At the first stage, the coin was bought from the remaining owners and it became possible to pump the price.
When everyone talks about this coin, there is no longer any idea to invest in it.

Nothing, nothing to rely on for Dogecoin other than pumps and drains that you can see and that others can see, because Dogecoin has no useful usecase in the crypto space.
Dogecoin is 100% a pump and dump coin and always has been. First off, Proof of Stake is NOT a better option than Proof of Work. Proof of Stake clearly benefits those holding the largest bag which of course add a layer of centralization which is exactly what cryptocurrency is trying to avoid. Dogecoin doesn't have a real /legit team behind it like other coins do such a bitcoin, ethereum, monero etc. It's worth owning to try and profit off of, other than that..shitcoin to the max!

When the creator of dogecoin project himself left the project, then what could be the point of it? Few years back he had sold his dogecoin holdings to buy a new Honda car. Had he known that Elon is going to promote his project in future, he would hve sold it. But the creator himself confirmed that dogecoin was created as a joke so I don't see any point in it apart from a puppet to the pump and dump players. It is definitely not worth any investment.

It is a big fact that as far as Dogecoin is concerned, it is weak in use-cases and that is why even Elon Musk is contemplating of "improving" Dogecoin so that it will not anymore be treated as just a meme token but a serious contender among its peers in the cryptocurrency industry. But then again, to Dogecoin believers and supporters everything is enough and it is not deficient in form and substance. Oh yeah, we are all in liberty on what to believe in and invest with.
I don't see much point in it instead of funny community. There's better coins with fast and cheap transactions like LTC and BCH.

correct, and not just dogecoin wherein including also those coin that emerged in the market with a dog images because they're are all the same and totally useless. See what's happening to them after the manipulation in doge? They're very affected even the time market is fine.. So how much more on this situation? Lol they will become shitcoin for sure.. 
There is and that's what altcoin means, to be an alternative. If you are with the community when the transaction fees for bitcoin and ethereum were too high. It's one of the choices of most because it has low fees for each of its transactions. That's the actual usage of Dogecoin when cryptos have begun to become expensive again with its fee then we can count on Dogecoin. Aside from being a meme coin, that's the purpose of it and it's actually a good alternative that many have used and saved a lot from the fees. If you're transacting from time to time during the rise of the fees, you probably have chosen Dogecoin by that time.
At the expense of some highly currencies like BTC and ETH for making transaction fee very high i chooses TRX for safe and quick transactions.

Dogecoin was created as a joke and that defines its rule which is just being a meme coin, but before the hype and price pump, Dogecoin used to be the first stop place for transferring large funds because of its low transaction fee not up till now that the market is bullish with increased fees and slow transactions time.
Yes, very true, Dogecoin is a joke in the crypto asset market, but what is happening now should not be a joke in a cryto market asset, all that will change when there are no new competitors in the cryto market asset, even what is happening now with dogecoin is still safe in its position.

Well as a gambler, I have used dogecoin in the past as deposit to gambling sites. Other than that, Dogecoin, is just a meme coin and still it is considered as like that even though we have seen in being pump by Elon Musk and speculators riding on the popularity to make money out of those noobs.
One thing that Doge has advantage is that it is quite fast, that's why many traders and gamblers are still using it at this point.
The main purpose of why many of us in our local crypto community, tend to support Doge before is because of its use as good transfer coin between exchanges. What we do is we convert our coins to Doge and then transfer the Doge to the other exchange and then convert it to another coin that we wanted to convert it to. At the time the fees were very negligible that you would not even feel that there is a charge at all. Anyway those were interesting times in crypto transfer and I wish there is another coin that can match the very low fees that Doge had before.
