Very interesting and strange.
Each blast seems like clockwork.
Compare the magnitudes, dates and timestamps to each month.
Every month for a year, except for January 2017- nothing in Oroville.
I also couldn't find anything close to or before 2016.
So if you can't blow up a dam directly then maybe indirectly is another option. The latest 2.1 quake cause by the quarry blast on 2/8/17 was the same day the main spillover, at Oroville dam, cracked open which sent everything into a tailspin.
I'm sure that was just a coincidence though.
And California is about to get hit by a big storm aptly named, LUCIFER, which could breach Oroville dam and possibly other California dams.
You honestly can't make this up.
