I know we all want to gamble, and some of us live in countries where gambling is completely illegal, which means there are no online casinos offering games locally. So, we turn to global casinos that don’t require KYC. Even though we see in the TOS that our country is restricted, we still keep going because they don’t block us. But then, as we get hooked on the casino, we start depositing big money to win big. Suddenly, their system flags us for accessing the casino from a restricted country, and our funds get frozen. That’s something I’ve read from many members on scam accusation boards. They think the casino is okay with it, but it’s not.
That is why it is important to check if our country is not blocked by the casinos. It should be the SOP and stop playing when our country or region is blocked to not encounter a frustrating situation where our balance is frozen or our account is suspended.
If ever someone accuses the casino because of their fault of not following the restriction, I think that person should think first. It was them who violated the terms so they don't have any right to whine about their situation.
There is nothing bad using a VPN to bypass restrictions on a casino but the problem might arise when your IP address is eventually leaked to the casino team knowing fully well that you are using the site from a region that is restricted.
The result of being banned or fund frozen when exposed that the player is using VPN to bypass the geolocation restriction simply means using VPN to access the gambling platform that has his country blocked is bad.
