What you are saying is true. Many gamblers are guilty of this act because of their ignorance. Some of them don't read through the Tos instead they skip it and that is why they are not informed that their country is restricted. In the meantime, I would say that these casinos are fully aware of what they are doing. @Reatim you have it all well said, gambling from a virtual server to browse and gamble on global casinos where you're is restricted pose a threat to both you and the casino as your country may file against the casino and once you have been spotted for such activity whatsoever one has in the account will be lost to the casino. I think it's fair enough because you can't put them in danger and go free then when the casino begins to face legal issues with your country you wouldn't be aware of it.
