I think the most we need here was patient because as of now those campaign was need your patient to wait for the distribution and the exchange because sometimes your waiting for almost one year and more patient is what we need.

I think that you just need to be purposeful, although even this sometimes will not help, since you also need motivation and despite what is happening with the ICO, the cryptocurrency market and bounty companies, hands down. A good motivation is to make a profit.
Those hunters who waited and did not sell their tokens immediately after the bounty programs actually lost a lot. Hunters should have a common sense spirit.
I love the idea of the spirit of perseverance and positivity, infact that's what has actually kept me going in this bearish period and it's also opening more opportunities for me. Thanks for that awesome advice

I fins that there are a ton of bad bounty hunters out there. They message you and say they have ran all kinds of good profitable bounties then it ends up they just take your money.
Honestly bounty hunting is a tasking work, I know of some people who took it on a full time with a lot of dedications. That's why I don't take it easy with bounty managers that might want to play on our intelligence after working many weeks for them. However, if someone is not strong and optimistic about crypto, it is not easy and not profitable to hunt nowadays. But doggedness, courage and strong believe are what we need to survive.
Do you work full time as a bounty hunter? For now, I get money from participating in the bounty campaign. Even though it's not easy, but I was lucky there was still savings from last year so I could still survive.
All the work that I think requires all that and that will also continue to motivate you to get good results. Working hard and having patience and ability will certainly continue to make you survive and make a profit.
I agree with all the above points. And I think that every bounty hunter should repeat them like a mantra. I also train wisdom and patience day after day. Most important thing for any bountyhunter is an ability to distinguish projects with a real team, technology and the desire to develop and the conventional fictitious companies that will disappear as soon as they collect money from unsuspecting investors. You can be a good employee and do your job very well, but if you choose the wrong project to participate in, then your time will be wasted and your work will not be adequately paid for.
Nowadays even airdrops pay more than bounties. After working for more than 8 weeks for a project, even distribution of rewards becomes a problem. Now people are losing interest.
I am not sure of airdrops but I feel bounties are dead...the last time I did a bounty was in autumn '18 and I still have not received any token...so I decided not to waste any more time with this...at least for the time being

It's hard to rely on bounty hunting only, it's not as profitable as before, so we need to find a stable source of incomeand just do bounty hunting for fun now. Trading is also hard as of this time since market is bearish, you might gain but with a little

Bounty hunting is not just an easy task as many think it is as it could require alot from you to meet your goal and so yes I agree with you that all the mentioned attributes are required from a hunter to achieve success
I will be consistent as a bounty hunter because my job is there, I like crypto, so whatever the risk, I keep on encouraging to keep going, even though the results of the bounty are nothing, I hope there will be a surprise for us, so keep up the spirit
All the spirit above is what is needed to succeed, not only in bounty hunting but other area of life endeavour. All my friends that were in this bounty hunting business have stop due to some challenges normally encounter during payment and trading of the token.
The situation in the crypto market is unstable, and a post of optimism with five rules can instill confidence or raise morale. As for the token sale, I would like to look at the STO (Security Token Offering) which is designed to solve the problems arising during the ICO
I agree and want to add that soon we will see the transformation of the IPO market into a digital form, there will be a merger of STO, ICO and IPO into a single market and I look forward to this moment with impatience. I believe these will be great times for bounty hunters.
