Is it possible to leave the jehovah witness? What happen to those that do? Let's say switch to islam?

Whenever you hear or see "Islam"/ "Muslim" what is the next thing coming to your mind? yeah pretty much I just made my point if you are smart enough you know what I mean.
To answer the lost soul posted before me, Quran is the updated and completed version of Bible. and I guess what you want is what every person wants but the world doesn't work in favor of likes of you.

Do you also support the prohibition of politicians because of all the wars and conflicts started for political reasons? World War I, World War II, the Korean conflict, the Vietnam conflict, Desert Storm... these wars and conflicts were all because of political ideologies, not religious ideologies.

I saw the news and I wondered what this world is turning into especially from a country that prides itself as a fighter for the Christians against other persecutions. The reason the conclusion, its left to them but from the look of it, Jehovah's Witnesses are present in most countries even where I am and I have not seen them standing as threat to anyone but unfortunately this have to happen.
Russia is perhaps the only superpower which defends the rights of Christians in countries where they are under persecution (Syria, Egypt, Iraq.etc). But you must understand that this Jehovah's Witnesses is not a proper Christian sect. It is more like a new age religion or a doomsday cult, which has nothing to do with mainstream Christianity.

Jehovah's witnesses is not your ordinary ultra-religious cult. They are a group of religious fanatics, funded from the Southern United States. The Russian supreme court did the right thing.
Yeah, fannatics. They come and knock on my door sunday mornings. When I open to see who it is I usually see a couple of people dressed really nice asking me if I'm interested in joining their religion. I say no really so they leave me some literature and go to the next house.
Oh yeah, real fanatics and terrorists to boot.
I think there are enough problems with crazy people we should leave these idiots alone. They are harmless.

Not every religion tries to lead people to darkness. Religion was created to help make people better and somehow treat other humans better as well. What could you possibly recommend that tries to teach that? Ethics? I think it's not that reliable.Believing in anything is only your choice, you dont have to believe in Jesus, Mahomet or Buddha, you can become atheist. All that is up to you, and nobody should mess with that. That is why I hate people who are standing against the religion, I have to admit that the whole idea seems stupid for me, but still it is only my opinion and I tolerate the beliefs of the rest of society.

That's not something that is unique to religion though. There are manipulative people in pretty much every aspect of society.

Putin and many politicians are evil and commit many crimes, but do you believe that Satan exists? If we admit that Satan exists then does God exist? Why God did not punish Putin?

The activities of the Jehovah's Witnesses are banned or under severe restrictions in countries such as Singapore, China, and Vietnam, in addition to Russia and the Islamic nations. Also, they are under investigation in various countries for child sexual abuse in the congregations. I would say that these people bring it on to themselves, by refusing to sing the national anthem and salute the national flag.

I see no reason to deal with religion. Radical Islam certainly deserves this, but violence will only provoke growth of attacks. I think you need to better educate their children and to prohibit all benefits and privileges for all religions. Over time, believers will not.
Teaching children that Earth is 6000 years old and is flat borders on child abuse, don't you think?

Freespeech can only be total. It's a typical binary thing. Or it's full (specially the speech you hate, anger or trigger you) or it isn't. There is no middle ground. If your only option is to censor speech you already lost. Find better arguments and win a friend rather than make a new ennemy.

There are quite a few verses in the Quran, which can be described as extremist. These verses either preach hatred against the non-believers, or urge the followers of Islam to indulge in acts of terror against the infidels.
