My money goes on Serbia today @2.40. It's a bit hard to judge how these teams will do after the Thursday night drama, which was wonderful for Hungary, but devastating for Serbia. I guess the Hungarians had some good party and might still be a bit hungover from the festivities. Serbia probably can't bother less with this game, but they have more to play for imo looking at the standings. They need at least one point out of this (better would be three, but this also depends on Turkey-Russia result earlier) to avoid relegation to League C. So despite still being disappointed with not qualifying for Euro 2021, they should have a little more motivation to get a good result out of this one. And there is no better way to stomach a tough loss than to win your next game, even if it helps just a tiny bit.

Hungary are in a very comfortable situation. One point will guarantee their stay in League B, but they still can promote as well; I just don't see them being very competitive today though. They can afford a loss, since they will play Turkey at home in last round and a draw will be enough to avoid relegation - if Turkey loses to Russia, they are safe anyway. So they can take this game against Serbia easy (or easier) and keep on partying afterwards again.

Croatia played a very bad game again and the 2:1 defeat by Sweden is even very good for them because they still decide their own destiny in the last game in the group against Portugal.
For both Portugal and France, the matches against Croatia and Sweden no longer matter and it will be interesting to see who will play for them.
Goal difference will probably decide between Croatia and Sweden, so this will probably be a competition who will lose with a smaller goal difference Grin

I always did wonder why keepers took so long to get wise with his panenkas... and now I guess finally someone actually did;) Ramos is mentally strong though. He won't let this get him down.

I watched Portugal France and I enjoyed it very much (I bet on France winning for the betnomi tournament). Netherlands needs to win in that game, they only have a victory and they will be playing with the weakest team, but the odd is very low @ 1.40 it doesn't pay to bet on that game, the under market seems to me to be a good option for this game, something under 3 since Netherlands is not scoring many goals in that league of nations in the last two games

Belgium - England

The first penalty was a bit good, It was the Swiss keep that made a great save, but the second penalty was awful to say the least, seemed Ramos was second guessing himself. He's had such a great run from the 12 yard spot, missing 2 penalties in one night was really weird.

Ramos really fumbled with the two penalties, the first one was not too fast that gave Swiss goalkeeper the chance of pushing the ball away, the second one wasn't the best at all missing two penalties in a match is just a coincidence it can happen to any good player, Ramos had a bad day that is football for you, at least spain earning a draw in that match is a big relief to them rather than losing to a low rated Switzerland.

There is another factor in every match yes it is luck, Switzerland got it today. Referring to the match statistics, Spain should be able to win easily. 20 shot , 7 shot on target and 71% ball position, it's the same as Madrid against a 2nd division team Cheesy

So Norway just decided not to play with my country today ( Romania ) because of 1 covid case and I think they will loose 3-0 as a penalty. Uefa just decided that the game won't be moved to another date so for me it's a good news as we barely got 4 points so now we might have 7 out of nothing. But we're still not gonna be present at EURO so I don't know how this Uefa Nations cup really works.

Today wasn't a good day with some disappointing results here and there. Particularly disappointed to see Portugal lose against France. I was gunning for a Portugal win after their recent 7-0 Andorra thumping. I wasn't expecting a 7-0 win against France but somewhere around 2-1 or so. I don't even want to mention Spain's game. They fell short once again.

Thiis one of the reasons why I don't like watch Nations League matches. I feel like teams have very little motivation to win games.

This confirms what I was thinking all the time, that this League is most unpredictable, and most boring in the world.

Those 2 missed penalties from Ramos today really surprised me, he always scores them for Real. First one was a good defense from the keeper while second one was taken really badly. They deserved that late goal, were much better in second half.

That goal from Croatia makes it for really interesting last day of Nations league in this group, at least for us

You don't often hear that someone misses 2 penalties in a match. If you miss the first penalty, you have to ask yourself whether you want to take another penalty.
Must be something he won't soon forget, despite all his experience. Both France and Portugal have amazing teams with amazing players.
