This odd for Germany against Ukraine is not worth it imo @ 1.23, so that's a big pass for me, I find 3.30+ really generous for France, but France are rather too inconsistent too... Spain ML @ 1.94 seem like the goto game for me.
Yes, you also need to consider that there is a positive Corona-case at the team of Ukraine. It was not decided until this afternoon that the game would even take place. That had a negative impact on the preparation of the Ukrainian team This is certainly also reflected in the odds, which makes a bet on Germany not really worth.

They try to play this game as scheduled at all costs - a Nations League game ! Normal people would get sent home for 2 weeks after having had contact with infected persons, but here you try to move mountains to let them play a game of football with no meaning.
