I think we should remind ourselves to check the lines on the overs and unders for lopsided matches like Silva vs Leonardo.  Not sure but I think I say it at a decent line at 1.70 - 1.75 or something.

So yeah...  I thought the main event was gonna be boring as hell but man, sometimes these women could show everybody that they could for it better than men do in the cage.  Dern improved a lot.  Can't wait to see her go against somebody like Yan or Namajunas next.

Nice multi win buddy, but it's a shame from a few cards I can only predict one fight.
Maybe it's because there is doubt that I can't analyze and predict more fights that I can use to multi bet.
At last night's event I couldn't watch the UFC fight so I didn't really understand the fight that was going on.
But I saw the replay of Natalia Silva vs Victoria Leonardo and Natalia fought aggressively enough that she easily beat Leonardo.
In that fight Leonardo received a kick in the face so the referee decided Leonardo could not continue the fight.
A very good win added to the record of Natalia Silva.

And the favorites won. Thankfully.  


Mackenzie Dern won with a unanimous decision against Angela Hill. Her left eye was swollen, I hope she is okay. Also, it looks like she had not strengthened her takedown defense yet. Dern's big points came from takedowns and she also won the stand-up fight.
I don't know how Angela survived that round 3 dominating ground and pound by Dern but I think it was all heart and toughness and I praise her for that.
She needs more work if she wants to win, obviously, it's the takedown defense that must be improved and how she will come back if she experiences that same position.

The other two winners are from a KO/TKO.
Anthony Hernandez was stopped by the referee due to Edmen not fighting back early in Round 3.
Joaquin Buckley is the busy worker, and Fialho is not throwing many punches or kicks until he was caught with a head kick in the chin that ended the fight.

My result and I think all these three fights are tremendously entertaining and most here might miss the action there are many KO/TKO wins it was really great watching while popcorn was on but surely I got to see the replay to say most of those details of the fight, but here is what happen with 3 on the Main cards and congratulation to @danherbias07 if you went on the favorites with a parley you got good winnings

Mackenzie Dern VS Angela Hill ROUND 5 DECISION - WIN

Man Mackenzie Dern is a true beast I really thought that Hill will be prepared for those takedowns but I didn't really see it in her, total domination from the standing Dern knockdown Hill but still Angela Hill did recover, and surely the ground game was all for Mackenzie Dern I truly believe that Angela Hill should put her gloves down, she is 38 years old now but she still wants to fight so I give it to her, but man Mackenzie Dern is on another level she want Rose Namajunas next or Yan Xiaonan then the belt next, that will be a crazy fight against Zhang Weili in my opinion,

Edmen Shahbazyan VS Anthony Hernandez ROUND 3 KO/TKO - WIN

Crazy at the start of the rounds Edmen Shahbazyan have gotten his opening and pace 1st, I thought he was great in getting Anthony Hernandez but I think the table was turned when Anthony Hernandez began to use takedowns until Shahbazyan's gas tank depleted then that is when the time Anthony Hernandez goes into full mount and get the ground and pound barrage, an excellent win for Anthony Hernandez,

Andre Fialho VS Joaquin Buckley ROUND 2 KO/TKO - WIN

Joaquin Buckley is that great for me he is more technical but Andre Fialho was not really technical with his strike approach he was really exposed with the Jake Matthews fight, and Joaquin Buckley has taken note in this fight and Approached Fialho in a dominant way, and landing that unseen kick because he sets up a faint punch then that kick was devastating for Fialho when it hit him, it was really as I expected to happen,

Good picks you just got lost with the Anthony Hernandez VS Edmen Shahbazyan, and because Edmen Shahbazyan was really great in the 1st rounds and he surely kickstarted the fight and got to all the pace in the beginning rounds but Anthony Hernandez just shifted into gear while Shahbazyan has lost his cardio with those takedowns I think Edmen should enhance his takedown defense even more,

But the Mackenzie Dern fight was phenomenal he can not get into that submission position because she always got out of time, and Angela Hill is really persistent in getting out of that Clutch but yeah because of those takedowns and the stand-up aswell Mackenzie Dern is a beast inside the Octagon,

Mackenzie Dern (-170) VS Angela Hill (+145) - Decision WIN

Mackenzie Dern is actually a beast from the stand-up she was really racking and dominating Angela Hill, I really think Hill needs to retire after this fight, but I guess she will think even more about this, but surely she can not escape those takedowns Mackenzie Dern just don't have enough time to finish Hill with the submission, but likely it was a great fight and a fun fight to watch,

Andre Fialho (+185)  VS Joaquin Buckley (-215) - KO WIN

Andre Fialho doesn't see the kick and just like I thought Fialho will surely have a difficult time with Buckley because of that combination of accurate kicks and punches, and I was right about it, he just saw the faints but the upcoming kick he doesn't really see it and that has dropped him to the ground and Buckley will have a slow follow up on Fialho but the referee has already stopped the fight, that kicks really was deep on Fialho, and it was over,

No one is making this fight night fun to watch except probably the main event and Edmen Shahbazyan's fight but this event is close to showcasing the skilled wrestlers vs the strikers. Dana is probably just looking to terminate the contracts of these fighters after the fight.

Angela Hill surely got some nasty combination with her striking and it is imminent in her latest fight against Emily Ducote but surely she doesn't have that power punch that could knock out her opponent because if the fight against Mackenzie Dern goes the distance the favor will then went to Dern this could surely end up in the ground and even with great takedown defense Mackenzie Dern is surely persistent with his ground game and might submit Angela Hill in the end so my pick is Mackenzie Dern,

Andre Fialho (+185)  VS Joaquin Buckley (-215)

Fialho is a brawler and his fight with Jake Matthews has proven that he isn't a technical fighter at all, while Joaquin Buckley got a combination of Kicks and punches for a good combination and for this Joaquin Buckley has the advantage with the reach even though Fialho is much taller than him, I think Buckley will surely used his advantage with the kicks and surely those leg kick will surely be effective against Fialho so my pick is Joaquin Buckley,

Joaquin Buckley is definitely a risky one. Although, he will probably have more volume than Fialho, and if that's the case, I think he wins either via TKO or decision, but has the chance to be clipped. Mackenzie Dern all depends on Angela's takedown defense. Anthony Hernandez is probably one of my more confident picks. He has decent wrestling, and submissions. Natália Silva is probably the most confident pick of the night. I like Vanessa here, she has decent submissions, but the only problem is she'll likely get out struck. So, if she can't finish the fight, she probably loses to a decision.

Karolina Kowalkiewicz - Vanessa Demopoulos

well, this is another duel between older athletes, Karolina Kowalkiewicz is 37 years old and became a professional athlete, but only had 21 fights, and something strange considering how long she has been a professional athlete, but Finally, of the 21 fights he participated in, he managed to win 14 fights, and he only managed to win just 1 fight by knockout, it's not a very incredible performance, she won 10 fights by decision and 3 by submission. on the other hand, we have Vanessa Demopoulos who is 34 years old but only started her professional career in 2017 and has few fights, something like 13 fights only, and of the 13 fights she won in 9 fights and lost 4 fights and also only had a knockout victory. honestly it will be a very unpredictable fight

Orion Cosce - Gilbert Urbina

Orion Cosce is 28 years old, he started his career in 2018 and has 9 fights, winning 8 fights and losing in just 1 fight, he has 6 wins by knockout, while his opponent Gilbert Urbina is younger in In terms of age, he is 27 years old but he is more experienced in terms of having started his career earlier, he started his career in 2014 but he only has 8 fights, it is also something very strange, it seems that the guy only had one fight a year, in short he had only one victory by knockout. in my opinion Orion will win this fight

Ilir Latifi - Rodrigo Nascimento

Ilir Latifi is 39 years old, I honestly don't understand why he doesn't retire, but since his body is his, he understands his own body better than anyone else, he started his career in 2008 and had 25 fights, it looks like he only managed to fight 2 each year, but leaving that aside, he won 16 fights, with 6 wins by knockout. On the other hand, we have Rodrigo Nascimento who is 30 years old and started his professional career in 2012 but only had 11 fights, something very strange too, it looks like he only had 1 fight a year, he won 9 fights. my guess is that Rodrigo Nascimento will win this fight;

about the other fights I'll watch a few minutes in each one and then I'll comment on what I thought

Weigh in results here...  A couple of fighters missed weight and a match became a catch weight bout prolly because both fighters missed weight.  I guess the UFC had to have all the matches as we're gonna have next week off before KKF vs Albazi which is a decent event for a Fight Night.

I guess but it's just not piquing my interest at the moment.  Maybe as we get closer to their match it starts to get more interesting.  I think Chandler wobbles McGregor and finishes him via GnP.  Chandler has proven himself to be a tough dude after battling it out vs Gaethje.  I don't think McGregor would last the whole 15 minutes.

Well, I am not really lucky with parley, and not really want to go with it and try my luck for today's event, and because I am not feeling lucky with a Parley right now,

Well Angela Hill doesn't have the knocking punch power so I really doubt that she can knock out Dern with just 1 punch, so this will be a favorite for Dern, and if the fight goes the distance a huge opportunity for Mackenzie Dern  this fight will likely a win for her, well, Mackenzie Dern didn't miss the weigh-in so that was really something because she had a tendency always missing the weigh-ins, but this time she didn't,

I reckon Angela Hill is very much underestimated for this fight hehehe and with her odds as the underdog she might be a good bet. My prediction, this will end in a split decision with each fighter having an argument for winning.

Mackenzie Dern's wins are mostly from submissions so I think she will try first if the takedown defense of Angela Hill has really improved. Testing the waters. If it fails then she could go for the stand-up fight against Hill but keep her on guard for a possible takedown action. Hill will probably have a hard time here keeping up with different skills that can be used by Dern. Her possible winning chance is a KO punch that will drop Dern on the mat.

The stake odds for this fight are 1.57 for Derns and 2.41 for Hill Well, I can not say if Angela Hill improve his takedown defense but she always says in her interview that her takedown defense was improved, even so, Hill can not underestimate Mackenzie Dern in the stand-up even though all of her wins were on the ground her striking can surely cause her opponent to underestimate her on that field but when it comes to the ground she is superb, for me I think they will surely exchange blows on the stand-up and when Dern has softened Hill she can surely go with that submission from there, or if Hill is dominating the stand-up she will surely capitalize with the takedown, there are a lot of option for Dern for an attack so my pick is Mackenzie Dern,

Edmen Shahbazyan VS Anthony Hernandez

The stake odds for this fight are 2.70 for Shahbazyan and 1.47 for Hernandez, Edmen Shahbazyan is a pure striker but if given a chance when his opponent could give their back he can surely go with the rear naked choke, but Anthony Hernandez has a good submission and adapts his submission sets with every opponent he fights, I am really curious with Anthony Hernandez style it is like he is adapting when he was beaten by a grappler with a rear naked choke his next fight he will win via armbar then when Markus Perez defeated him with an Anaconda Choke he later would apply this with his next fight with Jun Yong Park and win via Anaconda choke I really think Anthony Hernandez has a lot of tools he can throw at Edmen Shahbazyan so my pick is Anthony Hernandez,

Andre Fialho VS Joaquin Buckley

I cant say that I am excited about main event and most other fights, except maybe one or two.
Mackenzie Dern should win but I am more interested to see if Joaquin Buckley will bounce back after two defeats.
It is not easy to predict this fights and I think we are going to see more surprise than usual.

UFC usually takes care of the expense of the fighters when they are injured during the fight night but they wont be having a specific health insurance apart from that.

When it comes to Francis Ngannou situation there is no way Dana White is going to give him any exposure or any cross promotion fights to boost PFL and Francis Ngannou.

I am rooting for Dustin Poirier in the rematch as he was able to finish Justin Gaethje in the first fight and it was entertaining and competitive till it lasted and Poirier is still in his prime and the catch is that it is for the BMF title .

I'm not sure Conor still has influence in the UFC because his career in the UFC is over after he was beaten by Dustin Poirier and injured his ankle.
Even though he was once a great fighter in the UFC because he had two titles at once (lightweight and featherweight).
But it seems that there are no more fighters who will want to fight with him, especially now that he has increased his weight so that if he returns to fight, he has to move to a higher class.
Maybe Conor's return is just a back rumor that is still unclear about the certainty.

Totally. Pereira vs Błachowicz is a fair pair. Its not gonna be easy to beat Blachowicz, Pereira could even lose the fight once Jan bring the fight to the ground.

Dana will see whether its worth paying again that leg operation if Chandler breaks Conor's leg. Conor is bound to lose with such condition, he is not fit to fight anymore.  A lot of fans would rather see Dana work together with PFL for Jones vs Ngannou. They should give it a shot this time.
