Since there is an hourly limit on pms and so everything can be organized I set this up.

Nice.  Maybe this guy should go to work for Bitcoinica.
it's just going to help me get things together im still checking all the amounts of course.

I'm serious.  While certainly not on the same scale you've handled this pretty well.  Now if everyone gets their money back I would hope the admin can post this thread some where as an example of the community working together to collectively deal with these kinds of issue.

Tangible Cryptography LLC
Alright I think I will use Tangible Cryptography

Get a list of all the creditors and the amount you owe each (in USD).  Get a bitcoin address from each creditor where we can send the amount owed.

Once you have the funds and the list of creditors we can work out how you will send us certified funds.  When we receive funds we will send payment in bitcoins based on "MtGox last price" to each creditor.

If he has the cash we can help.  The question is will PayPal allow the funds to be withdrawn to his bank account?  If his account is indeed frozen they won't and it will likely be 180 days.  If PayPal is directing the funds back to his bank account on record there may be options.

Assuming he has or can get the cash we are willing to sell to him at cost and even cover any cost to get us the funds.  TheBitMan just needs to get certified funds to our account.  Acceptable methods are bank wire, cashier's check send by overnight mail to our business address, or cash/cashier's check deposit at any Bank Of America branch.  If TheBitMan provides us a list of people he owes, the amounts and bitcoin addresses (obtained from each creditor) we can disburse the funds owed directly.

Our cost: nothing.  We will even cover the origination cost of a bank wire or cashier's check.
Happy to act as a trusted third party and build some good PR.
I think we should do this.  Can we all agree to it?  I agree.  All TheBitMan needs to do is get the money out of his PP account, get certified funds, and take the certified funds to BofA and deposit it OR if not BofA is available once he has the certified funds just mail the check to TC.

Works for me. Just tell me what info is needed from me.

I'm fine with my money going thru Tangible Cryptography LLC Done business with them before in the past.

This option works for me as well. Just let me know how you are doing the transfer, and when, and I'll provide whatever details are needed to complete.

Bitcoins would be a little complicated because I purchased from everyone at different rates but if we can all agree on one fixed price per coin it would be pretty simple. I would only  have to write one money order to one person who will take it for bitcoins. Money orders on the others hand would be a little harder for me bc I have to fill them all out but will work pretty well.

USD as expressed in BTC at the time of payment.  Sounds complex but it is not at all.  Lets say you owe someone $60, you go to

http://preev.com/ (for example)

And it tells you $60 is 7.83 BTC.  Send the 7.83 BTC to the persons address and you are done.

Don't over think this.   If you owe someone $100 you simply give them $100 worth of Bitcoins.  If you owe someone $212.87 you give them $212.87 worth of Bitcoins.

Also the offer my company made above still stands ...
