I am asking anyone who has written my name to please delete any post with my name or info, once you get paid back of course. I think it's fair enough that once I pay you back you can delete the post. I don't want this whole fiasco to stop me from getting a good job in the future. I will tell everyone once I get the check which should be soon.
I have some big news for everyone!! Paypal has released the funds. It has been 45 days since the account was limited and they sent me an email saying I can now take money out. I have taken the remaining amount owed for everyone out and I should receive the check shortly! I hope to pay you all back in your full amounts within the next 2 weeks. (Although it may take paypal some time to send the check) I will keep everyone updated.

How much more time do you need? You"ve made one weak payment in 3 months. You owe 4K and have made one payment of 500 dollars. Nobody cares about your schoolwork. You have plenty of money to go to school yet you can't repay people you ripped off.

For what is worth I've asked him to keep up with the schedule below. So if an equal or greater payment of 500 is not made on or before Sept 12, the small claim will be filed. RandonQ who is filing his own small claim has also agreed to these terms. You sent your address to be repaid so I think it only fair you also agree. If he doesn't continue to make timely payment we'll proceed as described. If that's not soon enough for you you'll have to file you own claim. Everyone is pissed off and everyone wants their money back. Badgering him won't help.

1. Any stated payment date is more then 30 days delinquent or
2. 30 days from today (September 12, 2012) if no future payment date is posted here or
3. Any period of more then 60 days passes without a subsequent payment or
4. Any future payment is less then the initial payment of $500.00
I would ask that RandomQ agree to the same but it is obviously his choice of when to file based on your expected voluntary repayment schedule.

The "MtGox last price" at the time of payment was used for conversion. They conversion rate vary per creditor because I had to make manual payments at different times.
Now that all creditors have verified their address, future payments made by TheBitMan will be converted to BTC, split by share, and paid as a single sendmany tx.

Just a message to everyone, once school starts I will not be on here as much so dont jump to conclusion if I dont respond as quickly as I do now. Please be patient as I may only check once a week because I am going to have school work and hopefully another job by then.
Good faith payment of $500 has been made to TC, I have emailed him the list of addresses and amounts along with the receipt of the deposit.
