To the best of my knowledge only cryptocurrencies can be forbidden or restricted in some countries but the blockchain technology can't be restricted in no shape or form.
Moreover many companies tries to integrate blockchain in their business-models as the most advanced accounting system. And such changes are considered even at the state level, so there is no restrictions for technology itself

It is true that blockchain technology is revolutionary, it is really probable that it will change the future and that it will surely repeat how internet used to be in the past. It's normal for people who are investing in cryptocurrency to feel scared since money is involved. However, if we will really think about it, today is just an early phase of block chain technology. If mass adaptation happens, the present market demand might increase a lot in the future.

indeed. there is no need to panic. when i check the graphs of previous years. i see that this market recovers sooner or laters and make new all time highs again and again. now all time high is around 20k usd. i believe that in the near future we will see much higher all time highs.
