Everyone hopes that not only beach resorts will accept Ethereum and cryptocurrency payments, but all places can adopt cryptocurrency as a means of payment.
It's good news for the crypto world. Peoples are adapting cryptocurrency in their daily life. But I am not sure they will keep this payment system for long or not because we have seen this kind of activity before. Some shops and malls accepted BTC as a payment system but later on, they closed it because of volatile BTC markets. Using a stable coin is a better choice.
A beach accepting Ethereum as payment? That’s really great. I think they should include Bitcoin as well, because most people are making use of Bitcoin, unless it’s not the same at that location. Where I live you will never see anyone talking about Ethereum here or any cryptocurrency, it’s only Bitcoin that’s being discussed.
But it’s still a good idea in some ways, this will convince people to start making use of Ethereum and other altcoins. Would be good to see altcoins being put to use the same way that Bitcoin is being put to use, because most people hardly talk about them. It’s all with time, and things will aligned properly.

Well accepting cryptocurrency as a payment is very possible now because they know how much profit they will earn on it and hopefully more business facilities can adopt cryptocurrency as a payment.
There are already many business facilities that make crypto currency a means of payment, and indeed not all sectors can implement it, because it all depends on state law, hopefully many countries will accepted crypto currency.
A lot of resorts, hotels, apartments are supports crypto via hotel agregators

I also really hope the beach resorts in my country accept ethereum as payment too, as has happened to beach resorts is in south korea.

Imagine if COVID-19 pandemic is no more and having travel plans to South Korea, we could visit this beach and pay Ethereum for entrance fee, etc. I just wish that this is not going to be the only beach resort to adopt Ethereum for payments.
Here in the Philippines, there are so many beaches and hidden paradise here. I just hope that one day these beaches around the world are going to adopt Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies.

and also this is My dream since i am a beach lover and we often Go at least twice a month with my family but not until this pandemic comes because until now beaches and resorts are still not available for Public.
They probably chose Ethereum because it provides faster transactions with lower fees, but unfortunately, they didn´t expect the DeFi hype that is connected with overwhelmed blockchain that doesn´t provide faster transactions for lower fees. 
Or the owner is really a ETH supporter because they are even Good and faster transaction than Ethereum if they only wanted to look at it.But anyway let us all wish that one day our country will have this same opening for us to spend our Cryptos in our leisure .

Yes it's good news for the Crypto lover.Many people having Ethereum on their wallet with some belief, the price of Eth will back to 440.Because it will give some profit and now they can use the Ethereum for the transaction. It will increase the usage of Ethereum in the world now. Don't sell your Ethereum at low price, it will lose your money.

I agree, good news we have here. Whenever someone starts to accept any cryptocurrency it's good for the entire crypto, it always starts with the first one, later other cryptocurrencies will be accepted too. If you have some Ethereums try to keep them and add more if you can, once when Ethereum grows it will be affordable for all Ethereum holders.
Its very convenient if this things happen here I am also looking forward to see this in the future .

I don't see any convenience from implementing Ethereum as payment, I'm currently using a contactless payment method for goods and services. But I am happy with the fact that cryptocurrency is being introduced step by step as payment in many areas of our lives.

South Korea is a bit expensive and maybe colder. Philippines have one of the best and widest range of food and beaches in the Pacific. I have always imagined of visiting beaches in Philippines. But money is always a hassle when you travel. Card don't always works and it's difficult to carry all in cash. If the South-East Asian tourist hub like Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines widely used crypto as a payment method, I bet the arrivals would double. We've seen many people doing crypto vlog on Bangkok but it's still difficult to live with crypto in many other regions.

If we could get bitcoin to be something to be more like vacation thing, it could help the summer season a lot, and I mean a lot.
Think about it, I am not sure about this and I do not have data to prove it but I feel like there must be a ton of people who cash out their crypto to pay for a vacation as well, which means the price of bitcoin could go up or down but that still doesn't change the fact that there are people who sell their crypto for holidays. That is why I feel like if we could make vacationing something you can pay with crypto, that could result with people not selling their crypto and these places could get their crypto and if they sell they do no harm because it would be sold anyway but if they hold it at least there is a chance summers could be a lot more profitable.

It seems the popularity of crypto is good in South Korea that some of the establishments and even resort such as that decides to use Ethereum, I think It's not that hard to adopt crypto in terms of payment, but it definitely needs the acknowledgement and the support of the government, and we also know that Ethereum name and smart contrace are commonly used as as a front by scammers, but it defiinitely needs knowledge and acceptance by other people.
Yes you're right. I agree that South Korea have so many plans about their country which related to cryptocurrency, recently I read some article regarding energy efficient projects that also related to cryptocurrency. They know that its a good thing to be a country that accept cryptocurrency is a good thing. Its good to know that some countries like these are open up to be active to accept cryptocurrency. They are some stores here in our country that accept bitcoin and ethereum. If this will continue, I know crypto will also help to the tourism sector but also the whole economy.
I think positively about covid 19, with covid this opens everyone's eyes, using crypto we can make indirect transactions, and one of them is payment at a resort in the Philippines using ETH to make transactions, hopefully this will happen in several other countries . so that more people and places will use cryptocureency.

Yes, of course this is very good news to discuss in this forum, and if I may know who has implemented ethereum as a means of payment? Are there some large companies that have implemented this? because as I know, Ethereum has been in cryptocurrency for a very long time. 
You could use crypto debit card and then almost any merchant in the world will accept crypto via L2 solution
