Good news! Adoption started long ago, and we will see a good deal of news about accepting Bitcoin and Ethereum in all sort
of businesses, from grocery stores, to beach resorts, and all others. Mass adoption is getting closer, I know we talk about it
here for years, and it's happening as we speak, with small steps.
I will wait few more years for Ethereum price to grow, than I will spend less Ethereums for entire beach resort experience.

The use of cryptocurrency to pay for goods and services is something great which is coming to limelight, gradually. I remember bitcoin was once accepted for payments in several institutions and companies, but lately ethereum is joining in the cryptocurrency used as a means of settling payments.

Yeah it seems like that way. It seems many establishment are fond of doing transaction now with cryptocurrency. I agree with you, xrp is a little transaction fee so its a good crypto for private services like this. If you used bitcoin as payment it will take time to received or worse within an hour, imagine the hassle when your payment doesnt arrive yet. Cant book any rooms for hotel? Something like that. Unless the owner using lightning network for payment maybe it could be more faster.

This is definitely a good thing, but even as a big ETH supporter, receiving payments in ETH would be quite a pain in the ass for now, for both, the seller and the tourist. Transaction speeds and costs are quite a sizable obstacle for broader adoption, but maybe those issues will vanish when the 2.0 is ready to roll out.

wow this is good progress, and this is an convenience for world tourists who want to visit South Korea. It seems that the benefits of cryptocurrency are starting to show that hopefully in the future crypto coins can be used for real things

of course this is a very good choice because paying using ethereum will make it easier for everyone when you want to make transactions you don't need to use banknotes and the spread rate will be smaller because there is no direct interaction with humans and no harmful saliva splashes.

Imagine if COVID-19 pandemic is no more and having travel plans to South Korea, we could visit this beach and pay Ethereum for entrance fee, etc. I just wish that this is not going to be the only beach resort to adopt Ethereum for payments.

Here in the Philippines, there are so many beaches and hidden paradise here. I just hope that one day these beaches around the world are going to adopt Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies.

If every country in this world will try something new such as accepting the good effects of cryptocurrencies as mode of payment and transaction it can maybe eliminate the possibilities of having or transmitting viruses and diseases due to it is more convenient and it lessen the interaction to all the people financially. I am looking forward to see the world change because of cryptos.

Being the most famous beach in Busan says a lot about how the management is influenced by cryptocurrency. I hope that other beaches or other establishments get affected by Haeundae Beach and start accepting cryptocurrencies as well. It's not that easy to understand how to use cryptocurrencies, but it would be beneficial for everyone to use it, especially now. The benefits of it are more significant than the possible obstacles that can be overcome when studied correctly.

This is a welcome development. More adoption and usage of cryptocurrencies is what we desire. I'm so optimistic that more leisure centres and other institutions will do the same.

It's awesome to know that institutions are beginning to see the importance of cryptocurrency and are willing to accept it as a method of payment. I know several companies that accept bitcoin, but ethereum joining is a great accomplishment for the cryptocurrency industry. It simply means that before long we would have many more cryptocurrency accepted by companies across the world.

This is great! Although I am wondering if this will prosper to other companies and across different industries since the government might possibly interfere, maybe due to taxation matters or any other reason. Ethereum is money after all and already so many merchant accepting it and theres payment gateway that convert ETH to USD once the customer paid their invoice. If it means to advertise their resort and covering broader customer then adding Ethereum is a piece of cake however it's still a brave move for them to do that.

I think so too! But it will take much more time for cryptocurrencies to be worldwide recognized. A lot of private institutions accept big crypto such as BTC and ETH as a method of payment. However, nationally it hasn't been accepted yet. There are many difficulties for cryptocurrency to be worldwide recognized, one of those is that the low recognition rate and unpopularity.

Aside from Ethereum, maybe they can consider Bitcoin too since it is the most popular crypto.
