2022 had a long crisis with the bearish that lasted so long it's not strange in the past it's also the same after ATH is over for sure the bearish will come and stay long in the crypto market so some coins experience high depreciation above 60% even more, for some altcoins maybe cannot be saved due to this market effect, but that is the cycle of the crypto market because it will repeat the same history.
I'm more worried about saving in altcoins, but for her not more put in bitcoin to buy under as a good opportunity than altcoins.
