I don't think thought is useless. they keep us turned on till we get our goals but yes nowadays prayers are useless

Thoughts and Prayers is an expression of sympathy typically offered toward the victims of large-scale disasters and tragedies. Thoughts and prayers are the only thing that could stop the evil behind mass shootings. It is also is a phrase often used when offering condolences, support in evil time to others.
Prayer is our way to communicate with God. Through it, we can release all our loneliness and burdens in life. It's like we're just talking to our bestfriend. Through it, we will be able to release all our anxieties in life. We could also ask for help and guidance throug it. Through our faith, we could really move things.
Good pick up line but I do not agree with you. Thoughts and prayers will be our guide and it can sometimes give you strength whenever you need. When you are tired, pray for some energy that can help you finish the day. I always do that. I realize that most of us are busy and there is no one that can help us if we are tired. Prayers can help you in those situations. Try it, it will work if you believe on it. The mind is so powerful, also GOD.

Or are all 3 named, "Thoughts and Prayers"?
Or maybe 1 is named Thoughts, 1 named And, and 1 named Prayers?

I think they are useless. Instead of praying, what people s hould do is donate money, help rebuild damaged property, or do literally anything that would benefit those affected.

Depending on one's beliefs, whether thoughts and prayers are useful. but for me the prayer is one important factor besides the effort to be done to get something that is in my desire. because prayer can fulfill the needs of life and also provide peace for life

Thoughts form before words. Action is the fruit of thinking. Thinking first before words or actions. There is always first before anything else. Thoughts form before prayer. Thoughts drive first to move a person into prayer. Without any thoughts nothing to pray. Thoughts make sense to prayer.
