Difficult?

The attachment field is there to recognize that the transaction is coming from you, so it can be credited to your account.

When you click "transfer" in the Waves Lite wallet there's a "Attachment" field, that's where you put the... attachment memo...
Can't see how it could be more simple...

And contact Tidex support.

No, you can't, because to send any waves assets you need pay a tx fees - 0.001 Waves.
