1. Tidex supports only the Bitcoin Core. We are ready for various possible situations, but due to the increased risk of the hard fork, deposits and withdrawals will be temporarily closed in the evening 2017-07-31 @UTC+3 (MSK), until the situation in the bitcoin network is fully stabilized.
If the Bitcoin Cash receives public support, we can include Bitcoin Cash trading within a few days after UAHF, if it will be safe for us. If we do this, we are planning to allocate Bitcoin Cash to users in the ratio 1: 1 based on the balance of Bitcoin users at the time of UAHF.
2. We removed the Attachments for Waves deposits. Please check your Waves address before depositing, because for each account has been assigned a personal Waves address. Also in the coming days, attachments will be removed for the Waves assets which listed on the Tidex Exchange.
3. As for support tickets. We are receiving each request. Everything is fine with it, but due to the deep system upgrades and the situation with the Bitcoin network, we will respond to each application a little bit later. In any case, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Hey, did you raise a support ticket here - [email protected] ? If so, what is your ticket ID and also did you read that you need to check your deposit address (first ann) And even if you sent Waves tokens before updating, you did not use the attachment address.
All support experts were busy because of the updating of the site, do not worry your ticket will be processed as soon as possible

If network will be forked or there will be a high probability of hard fork, we will temporarily disable Bitcoin withdrawals. At the moment we have increased the required number of confirmations for Bitcoin deposits. In any case, we are ready for various possible situations.

The previous version will be available for a while here - https://old.tidex.com The update process scheduled from 15-00 to 17-00 (GMT +3).
2. Also, we removed the Attachments for Waves deposits. Please check your Waves address before depositing, because for each account has been assigned a personal Waves address. A little bit later, attachments will be removed for the Waves assets listed on Tidex Exchange.
