We also made enquires in respect of TIDEX itself.  TIDEX is a trading name for Elite Way Development LLP who state on their website www.tidex.com that they are at Suite 1, 5 Percy Road, London W1T 1DG. We have made enquires at the address and established that TIDEX or Elite Way Development LLP do not have any physical presence there. In fact TIDEX are not in the UK, albeit they appear to be registered as a UK company. As I said, this transaction contains an incorrect attachment. The wavesexplorer shows it in the BASE58 encoded form. If you decode it, then you will see a wrong attachment - 9üª¶ÔnüLú

Just check your attachment (a5c6dc32bd567dd3) here - https://www.browserling.com/tools/base58-decode



And check any other transactions

For example - http://wavesexplorer.com/tx/DfxxYGpM6fUcN4Ps5NsrqQFpqCim7AiLhztFCJfaYUe9 with 7xt5kPAnL54wHPv2aQVBSZ attachment.

Convert it and you will see the correct attachment. Also you can find the same attachment in the Waves Go explorer - http://www.wavesgo.com/transactions.html?DfxxYGpM6fUcN4Ps5NsrqQFpqCim7AiLhztFCJfaYUe9

I am feeling very tired over this episode. I did not know that tidex works this way. I forgot to put my attachment. My mistake first. So I am sorry.

Please give me back my Waves. I don't wish to use Tidex anymore. Not for now at least.

For whatever reason the attachment is showing well on one explorer and not currently on the other one, I do not know.

Hi Tidex.
I deposited ZrCoin today using the correct deposit address and attachment.
The deposit has not gone through and it has more than 20 confirms on the block chain.
