Therefore, we have to stop relying on others instead, we have to trust and save ourselves. Just to think that if others can make their market prediction, it is not impossible for us to do it because all the data is already available, only we need to analyze it and make decisions based on what we understand.

In fact, many people have lost their money from following these influencers claiming that they are an expert, yet they never know what crypto really is.

Sadly this is what drives the novice/beginners crazy. I once had someone telling me that a popular YouTuber said this and said that, and I had to tell him that these people are just human like he is and have their own viewpoint which isn’t necessarily the truth. Cryptocurrency as a whole doesn’t have anyone that it talks to and maybe give them a heads up. It’s always speculation and surprise. No one ever sees it 100% completely coming. As usual, do your own research and when you’re done, invest only the amount you can afford losing.

From past few weeks whenever I open any browser or social media all I could see is some random blogs and news about Altcoins which will have massive pump and which coins I have to invest.

Folks, it's times to be more cautious than every and never go with any random prediction provided over telegram or through blogs as it's a routine that once the crypto market is trending upwards and bullrun is expected we see a lot of experts in the market via various channels like Youtube, Twitter, Telegram, Discord and WhatsApp group sharing random coins with catchy headlines like "Top 5 altcoins with 100x pump", "Whales are investing in these altcoins", "Altcoins which will go to moon", etc.

Please try to understand these are the same people who spreads fud during bear market and impersonates as experts.

Don't go with any such predictions and rather do your own research because I have seen people randomly investing into shitcoins just because it's mentioned over Twitter and the person who has tweeted has huge followers. There will be so much of deceiving as they will share some 10 coins and even if one of them prospers they will use it as upselling point.
I would consider very few people i follow as market experts, and they don't tell you where you should put your money. They just generally speak about market movements, fundamentals and technical analysis. Any of the descriptions you gave as examples deserves mostly  Roll Eyes -emoji. They can tell how big of a probability it is. But phrases like top altcoins that will make 100x is shill talk, and never to be taken seriously.

These "experts" can't even pretend to be experts because that's not their forte. They are showmans for fast paced media, like tiktok and youtube. They wouldn't have enough substance to seriously fake it. If you don't know who to follow and you need to follow someone, pick people who are humble and who owns their mistakes. That obviosly comes to top of the fact that they know what they are talking about.

As the market is gaining momentum, there are people that are working on new projects they would launch and use to steal from their victims. We need to be very careful and we invest in new projects this time so that we can stay fully guided from falling victim buying the wrong coins. It is very encouraging for those that have large holdings in Bitcoin and altcoins too because the bull market is going to be long and profitable to holders and traders.

I can never follow altcoins analysis by any blogger and through any social media platform, it's obvious that most of the price of altcoins move either bullish or bearish if the price of Bitcoin dump or pump thus share almost the same price action with Bitcoin, as a newbie you are expected to buy trusted and reliable altcoin during the bearish runs of Bitcoin which I believed had pass for instance November last year  the price of Bitcoin was a lower price then that was the best and most appropriate period to invest on altcoins of your choice after research, it can very risky to invest blindly on any altcoin when there are real and credible altcoins.

Rightly said! Also with the recent advancements of AI and deep fake videos, it has become very easy for the scammers to spread false information in the market. I am seeing couple of videos where Elon Musk and Warren Buffet is promoting a cryptocurrency. That video is obviously fake and made using deep fake technology. But for an average person who are not aware of AI, can get confused and convinced easily.

Personally I would not suggest anyone to investing meme coins. It is more like a gambling rather than investment. So if someone is prepared to lose their investment, they can go ahead and invest in such coins. Otherwise it is always better to stick to Bitcoin and ETH.

Yes deepfake and other AI tools has been utilized for purpose of scamming and someone who is not much into technology or upto date with AI will be fooled. It's more about there cheap so called influencers who are paid by certain project to hype their project and there will be heard of sheeps following them.

Instead of experimenting with memecoins or NFTs it's better to stick to Bitcoin and ETH as the success ratio of meme/NFT are very less but once one out of 1000 projects rallies then it becomes talk of the town and there will be dozen more coins launched with similar name.

It's better not to heed to any such marketing tactics or ignore the prediction during bullish season all together and just go with market trend.

every bull run however every shiller becomes an expert so there is no surprise to this. where one or two in every altcoin channel you'll see them shout XRP will be more than $10 soon.  many will believe them because the majority of the altcoins are also rocketing.

what i think they should be cautious however is when they should be selling because some of these new investors will fall in love with the altcoins they hold and they may hold it even in the bear market.

This type of marketing strategy is very common, companies linked to this cryptocurrency pay websites to publish news about them, generally to capture investors for greed, these coins are the ones I would never invest in, because if they have this advertising system, that's for sure. that the project is only based on enriching its developers.

It's difficult to predict the crypto market. It could be the starting phase of a new bull run where bitcoin reaches 100K and all of alts make their all time high.
But it could be a small price boost before the bitcoin halving. And the current situation could act as a bull trap for the traders.
Whatever be the result, we should play safe. Keep both the stakes of stable coin as well as crypto so we neither be left behind on the bull run are put our money on coins at expensive price and never recovering from it.

You are correct, it is really tough to predict crypto currencies overtime, I think for the last two days market seems in consolidation phase, and it may persist for sometime until and positive deployment regarding ETFs approval takes place and Bitcoin resumes its upward journey.

On the other hand, any negative news can drag down the Bitcoin to its next support level, which is around $41,500 on the weekly chart. It is important to exercise caution and think twice before making any trade. DYOR

This is a common scenario in every bull market. New influencers and experts emerge from the sand with investment strategies and suggestions. We should be careful about this kind of person not only in crypto but also in other types of investments. Most of these people only sponsor videos and don't invest in those projects by themselves. What they are good at is making video and talk like professionals to convince people. Before following any influencers we should look at their background first. I think an influencers needs to have experience of  two bull and bear market to consider expert in these fields still it doesn't guarantee that they will be 100% correct all the time.

Whomever that follows such information on twitter or any media channels is like someone just following people without direction or doesn't worked hard for his money. Bullrun is time where people falls victim of many scam coin and projects because they don't know what is the real intention of those projects and coin why because people will come with the intention to share tips on coin that will possibly give them much expected x within the period of bullrun, but most times they often gives fake signal and information and if they don't give accurate information those who follows them ends up losing huge amount at the point trying to enter those coin they shared information.

Well as bloggers or vloggers thats precisely what they will do. But we have our option to check first what they are shilling. It’s always our prerogative to follow or not those calls. We cant say they are wrong but surely they got some narrative for that speculations cause if not then they are just trying to pump their bags and exit as soon many people put up liquidity. Not all social blogfers are leeches some are literally good on providing information but of course we cant deny presence of garbage influencers too.

I would have to agree that they are some of these experts that are actually good at what they do and some of there calls are most at times corrected but just as you said the social media is wide and many fake projects utilize some of them to either create or advertise there projects. I wouldn’t stop anyhow from actually looking into their projects or calls but what I will advise is be careful of who you follow. Stick to the old guys and not the just recent. Influencers. Also do your proper research and make sure the invested amount is something you can lose

people who set up groups about altcoin predictions just to make the group admin happy. I don't forbid people from not believing in something, but we need to be careful with the rise of self-interested people who can lose our money. it is more comfortable to hold bitcoin, ethereum long term so that it is not controlled by other people. Bitcoin time history can be a correction understanding for us, when the good time comes

If you read more carefully, you can see that they are actually advertising these projects. You can see how they explain the reasons why we should buy altcoins. Most of them are just optimistic predictions and estimates without telling the risks. I often see lies made by some bloggers. Sometimes they advertise a project, and there are also those who just make up stories so that their writing looks interesting and can be used for other purposes, such as increasing traffic or selling advertising slots.

There literally was an news article that said there was FOMO and YOLO on the market and opening it, it further suggested people to take risk.
YOLO could be fine in enjoying and spending time with your friends but is never a good financial idea. Your investment should  have careful research, diversification, and a long-term perspective.
It's not a bad idea to listen to people who know about the finance but you should also know that they may have their bias. You need to take decision for yourself.

Thanks for the reminders anyway. In times like this, when we are entering the bull run or halving, I really think there are many influencers who are pretentious and self-proclaimed that they are crypto experts even though they are not.

A lot of people who pretend to be experts are actually in the era of halving and bull run. If you don't know anything about cryptocurrency, you will definitely believe these influencers. Therefore, it is better that we ourselves know and have knowledge of trading in the cryptocurrency business.

exactly why we should have critical thinking skills we should not follow these influencers blindly because a lot of them are paid to say whatever a company wants them to say i even know a few that do not have any ounce of idea what they’re talking about but for a few bucks will sell it to their audience

well sometimes experts are not all exactly objective too most especially if they are also influencers so it’s really better if we learn for ourselves and try to have our own perspective

But the advancement of deep fake is rapid and it close to possible to create an exact look a like along with an exact voice with multiple AIs and if I am not wrong I even saw one from Andrew Tate trying to sell some courses and shit-coins those are obviously deep fake but who knows when the technology will become to create one that can't differentiate true and fake ones.

Also, governments are in action to regulate AI developments and some famous individuals seeking complete stoppage of the technology too.
