you're right. Optimism/knowledge/ belief in success and in yourself are the necessary things to achieve results in any business, even on the cryptocurrency market
but sometimes optimism can be made into a pessimistic market because of the decline. trust may be maintained, but market conditions that do not improve can reduce optimism from traders and investors.
do research and analysis on when the market moves very difficult. even in the uptrend that we predict is bull, it could collapse quickly.

Actually I am one the bounty hunters that still loyal in bounty. I think there are so many bounty that fall from the scam. But for me I don't choose bounty that will offer so good salary. I will be on the good offer for sure. Because if we are attracted to the  good offer and I think this will be fall for us.

how can that happen ...?
maybe the IEO or ICO that you are following is not finished because there are some problems when they are running their project. like the old ICO that my friends followed they stopped when the project was running and finally there were no coins given even if given the tokens were definitely not of value.

Keep maintaining positive thoughts and work harder.
ignoring negative issues is better than dissolving in anxiety.
If you have experienced things that are not wearing especially the first job but do not produce anything, it is appropriate that you will not be able to think positively in accordance with what you say, need experience of events like this. as well as to ignore negative problems, only people who are used to it will be able to handle it and this should make it for the lesson to move with optimism and not despair.

I think everything depends on how much we see the project we are promoting will pay off or not, it can be seen from the project data first to be followed. Don't be too quick to conclude that all bounties are scams.
Indeed, not all bounties are scam its just that he is ending up in scam project and its somehow understandable because nowadays its hard to choose which project is genuine.

If yo dont want to experience such scenario again then try participating in bounties with token/coin that is already listed in exchanges or in btc paying campaign weekly.

Its also better to find other resources to earn and dont just rely here.

Is there anyone out here facing same fate in bounties like I do?
Many bounties I've promoted ends up in delays one after the other and I'm getting tired of it ,I've been promoting projects since march 2018 and so far I can't say I have something to show for it . All I have is token value in ICO/IEO price ,no listed on exchanges..

I think that happens often and many bounty hunters experience it. There are many projects that have finished or end ICO but have not been listed on the market or waiting for negotiations with the exchanger and the bounty hunter rewards have not been paid. But if the developer team is indeed committed to continuing the project, I think bounty hunter will still be paid by the developer team.

I think almost all bounty members experience the same thing. But it's not as bad as you say. There are at least one or two successful projects, and in the market listing at the right price.

If you join a gift, at least you must first analyze the project. And can see based on the roadmap. Whether directly on the listing in exchange or not. Because there are projects that are listing into exchanges for a long time, and written clearly on the roadmap.
you are right, but sometimes some projects do not match the roadmap.
some of them postpone their schedules for several reasons.

so we can't just focus on the roadmap. indeed there is nothing wrong if we pay attention to the roadmap.
if we are lucky we will be in the right project.

A lot of scams , I think it is better to stop doing them , as some scams in the market , it is better to learn to trade or watch investment projects because here you can make very good money!
No use of continuing if you always fall to the scams. The problem is on how you choose the bounty that you will participant and not learning with your experiences is what you need to change. Otherwise, if you don't feel comfortable anymore with them then you should have to start it out and you need to stop joining bounties.

Last year was a bad year for both crypto market and investors or traders because prices of coins weren't stable and coins were being dumped. Investors were even losing hope in cryptocurrency but I believe this year will be better. There's still hope. Things will be alright.
Yes, we are moving better this year and we recover from the bottom last year which is a good sign of recovery and i know it will continue until the end of 2019. I still hope for the good price, we still have the chance for that. For those who lose money last year, its time to move on and work harder again this year, take back the money you’ve lost by buying bitcoin.
Agree with that but it some reasons that it won't satisfy us because of altcoins never have a chance to work on rather than of keeping at low.
Only Bitcoin is on the road for a bull run but it has a big opposite with altcoins. It is quite disgusting to see and makes the market unfair but we have nothing to do is to accept what it was given to us.

Thats the truth and real status now of almost 99 percent of all bounties most has full of delays, your not the only one who's experiencing that kind of feeling including me thats why im starting to reduce my bounties im only considered those quality campaigns from trusted bounty managers.

While moving on, you can also try other modalities and areas in which you feel you can perform well to ear.
Some people in that process, most especially when bounties are not working as supposed, have discovered themselves and are now in areas they can perform best. For instance, some are now into trading.

In any case, you need to move on, even if an unfortunate event occurred.  Of course, it happens that hands fall from despair, but you can not show weakness.  I personally participated in the bounty company, which ended more than a year ago and just now I waited for the payment of remuneration.  That's just my MEW was hacked and I lost 250 bucks.  I do not even suspect how I could lose everything that was in the ETH knee.  I had a lot of confidence in MEW.  Today I am looking for my mistakes and if I don’t find it, I’ll have to forget about MEW security.  Nevertheless, this is not a reason to go the distance.

It is time to move on but not from bounties but from your way of participating in bounty campaigns. If you want to profit you have to stop promoting every project that offers some shit payment. Start being picky and verify what you're promoting. There will be less scam projects and managers will have to offer you more than promises. Everybody will profit if you do so.

You arent the only one who do experience such problem yet this do pertains with all hunters in the market.ICO's become shit and its mainly affecting the bounty hunting profit making.
There are still various projects to look for but it would really act like on finding a needle on a haystack which means it would required in depth research in regards with projects potential for long term. Its up to you if you decide to proceed or not yet you have known the risk behind bounty hunting.

Well bounties are really down these days and so many of them are also not paying. I suggest working with projects in terms of helping them to market their project and also don't rely so much on bounties for a living. Get a job because the cryptospace is so volatile to depend solely on it.
I think that as soon as the Altcoin season comes, bounty campaigns will again be very popular and many old campaigns will start paying rewards.

I still have not received my bounty rewards in some bounty campaigns and some of them a almost a year. I still have hope on some because the project is still in development and Telegram mods are still active. But sometimes it's kinda frustrating that they haven't distributed the rewards and always blaming the market condition.
