They are very good advice, personally I would always put first the advice of using the money that I am willing to lose, secondly that of the family, for me it is very important that things go in the right direction, at least the one I go to because for me that is first, I would leave debts in third place, because debts in the casino are things that can occur by nature, so since so many things have happened in casinos that have to do with credits , , we subtract that they offer because it is something that can be put in a very superficial way.

Putting the balance willing to lose as the first option is something that should be done for the pure protection of ourselves, because the things when the money runs out, well that's where the party ended, then those things are also important because when There is no money, that's when the pressure, stress and everything related to that begins.


When I talk about the responsibility of giving to your family, it is the most efficient brake on starting to spend a lot of money, because basically things are very different from letting yourself fall into addiction or betting with a lot of money. With respect to debts, it is always a matter of them not existing, and even less so that one as a person finds oneself in a mess and borrows money so that it can be played and the money is used for that.

Actually, I'm not really comparing, but just understanding from some of these discussions, I'm trying to convey how the advice given to novice gamblers is often ignored because the level of experience different so whatever is given it seems as if the novice gambler is still a little confused by some of the words conveyed. by experienced gamblers but it still doesn't rule out the possibility that all beginner gamblers will ignore advice from professional gamblers because up to now there are also many beginner gamblers who always follow advice from experienced gamblers to be able to gain more experience and still gamble safely.

We have said this time without number that gambling shouldn't be considered as a means of making income and at some point, one should only gamble for the fun and not any other reason, a lot of times, the problem we face is as a result of our own perception about the whole things and how we intend to handle them, why should anyone rely on or take gambling as a sustainable means?
Because gambling is an unpredictable act and for that, you can't make future plans along with gambling especially if those plans are finance-driven, most times, this is the area that needs much attention and we need to be proactive in doing that, the first and primary mindset toward gambling is that it should give us maximum fun along the line, because that is the best approach to go about it.

Most people don't take others as examples and base their actions on that, they don't learn from the mistakes of others and only understand things when they experience them, that is the reason why most gamblers don't follow prevalent things and make the same mistakes over and over again that is done by everyone and they keep yelling and saying don't do this as this will cause you losses and you will lose all your money but they keep ignoring them.

That's why, most gamblers should be left with their own beliefs instead of trying and schooling them about what is good or bad in gambling because it will only waste your time since they will still do what they think is good for them once they get into it instead of remembering and following your advices.

The basic of answer here would be not gambling, that's probably the most responsible thing that you can do but if you're trying to gamble responsibly, you're better off not bringing a lot of money and try your hardest to limit your gambling to once per 2 weeks and make sure that other people have a control on your money, be it spouse or a loved ones so there's a failsafe when you lose your money quickly and you plan to get more, those stuff that I've said might be too much but I think that it's the best measure you can get.

        -  So it means that the only people who do this are gamblers who only have a small amount to match, and their only desire is to grow money. Those gamblers who think of gambling as a source of income that can be earned and are not among the gamblers who will really just play for fun even if they lose are fine.

Aren't there other rich people who chase their losses in an attempt to recover the large amount they have already lost gambling?

Every gambler must keep a gambling budget. If a gambler keeps a limited budget as a bankroll then he will be able to put a limit on his gambling as well. Because if his money is limited then he will try to bet very carefully while placing money on each bet. On the other hand, if he conducts gambling uncontrollably without any limitation, he may soon lose all his money and become addicted. I keep a monthly budget on gambling. I try to budget a maximum of 7 percent of my income for gambling. If I win then I don't need to keep the money.

Well understood, but one thing I want you to know is that no one is forcing anyone and gambling is supposed to be played only by adults by law, so I believe anyone is not under compulsions, so it's their choice. I believe that life would still be boring to some people if they did not gamble, and as much as I see it that you are trying to be neutral, everyone still has the right to this choice and will continue to make one.

If that is the case, as they gamble and lose or get affected, they will blame themselves, and if it's otherwise where they gamble and gain, they will appraise themselves. But in the end, everyone should know and admit with consciousness the side they are on in gambling whether it's positive or negative. If it's positive, it's fine, but if it's negative, I guess it's time for them to make amends as gambling could help or ruin, the choice is left to everybody.

I won't say everything I have said is correct. Nobody can be all right, don't you think? Everyone has a different perception of gambling. You said gambling changed many people's lives, but remember, it destroyed many lives too. You may agree with me on this, one shouldn't gamble solely for making his days end. It shouldn't be his main source of income. The risk envolved with gambling is far too great for one to bear. Don't be too dependent on gambling. Everyone should remember that. Yeah, if it's for time pass or entertainment purposes, gamble if you want. Nobody would question that. Also, I'm not encouraging or discouraging gambling.

Several points that make sense, but some i will have to disagree with. First, the correct statement should have been that gambling can make you rich if you are lucky, the term "proper gambling" can be understood differently, and can also mean different things for different people.
Secondly, not every rich person who gambles were already rich before they started gambling, some people actually started gambling while they were living in abject poverty, but along the line, they got lucky and won money that ultimately transformed their lives, so yeah, gambling can turn one from nothing to something, it all just depends on how lucky the gambler, i personally have seen someone who over a hundred thousand dollars from a bet of 50 cents here in my country, so indeed, gambling can change live, but in other not to end up gambling too much and losing money that should have been used for more important things, we should endeavor to gamble responsibly, and this includes only gambling with an amount of money we can comfortably loss.

Don't gamble with emotion, and don't gamble if you don't have enough money.

Gambling should be for fun and entertainment, not a money making scheme. Yes, gambling can make you rich if you can gamble properly. But again, how many gamblers have you seen achieve this? You should only gamble if you can afford to lose. But some would gamble as if their lives depended on it. Get a life buddy, be logical, don't be an addict, and don't drown in emotions. If you can't control your emotions, you won't be able to make the right decision. Another point is that those who got richer by gambling were already rich. You can't start from scratch when it comes to gambling.

In my opinion, one of the important points is learning to limit yourself or control your emotions when playing. The importance of these two things when gambling so as not to fall deeper which will lead to severe addiction. And of course it's true what you said, these two things will also determine whether or not our lives will be good in the future. If we are currently addicted to gambling, it seems that the future will not be good but the opposite.

Yes that's right, I think everyone is sensitive when it comes to money, some are grateful for what they get, and some are greedy like high-ranking people around the world hahaha. Of course things like this are not good, from this attitude of greed they will spend all the money they have to gamble. So they must have a sense of awareness of the impact of gambling.

Almost all of the commentators here have said what a gambler should do to stay responsible when gambling. Maybe all I can say is that we should not stop learning because it will determine whether our lives will be good or not in the future.

Most times the reason why some incur a lot of losses to the point that some time may not be able to comprehend is that they can't follow simple roles of the game and at that keep making a lot of mistakes each time.

There's no way that we could really differentiate those experienced to those ordinary ones or who are just new ones into this field specially on gambling specially various topics and discussions doesnt really needed up with some crucial thinking but there are really various situations on which experienced ones are the only people who could really be able to say sensible comments or advises which it is really just that getting in line on such conditions not like into those people who are really just going with the flow and telling up things which are pretty obvious that do only came up with their
own personal opinions or basing up with their own understanding which you could really be able to clearly tell that they are really just basically giving those words on basic manner
and you could really be able to tell the difference but well it isnt really that much of a difference if we do speak about it.

Advice from experienced gamblers that is given to ordinary gamblers but is considered strange or ignored is all because ordinary gamblers do not have enough experience and will ignore such advice because of the assumption that ordinary gamblers only gamble regularly to win.
So that ordinary gamblers always experience failure to control themselves in betting and gambling in a healthy manner or even worse, gamblers who often ignore such advice usually have the bad news of becoming addicted in the long run.

A well-articulated comment bud, personally though, i have always considered this to be the most crucial rule in gambling, and that is to only gamble with as much as you can afford to lose. As simple as this rule sounds, it is very powerful and has a lot of gambling benefits tied to it, most especially when it comes to gambling responsibly.

One who is gambling with an amount of money they can afford to lose will not end up chasing that money if eventually lost, and like we all know, chasing after loses in gambling is one of the major reasons that lead some or most gamblers in to gambling addiction, and also, a gambler who is gambling with an amount of money they can afford to lose will not try to risk more than that, because they already understand the risk associated with doing so, and as such, the person will not try it understanding that, gambling is not a money making venture as you have said, but just a way of having fun.

Personal I'd say the very important tip is not to view gambling as a sustainable means of survival, earning, and making a living. Gambling is for fun, and it also builds in gambling the expectation of winning. A responsible gambler should know that winning is not certainly what is archival at all times; it's only a thing of luck, and luck can never be on one's side at all times. Also, a gambler should know that the casino is always the one who earns more from gamblers; as such, a gambler should not even allow themselves to get addicted and begin to waste money carelessly on games that they will still lose all the time they gamble. A gambler must not let their losses take over their emotions to the extent that they begin to chase their losses.

All those who could not restrain themselves  and nervously gambled and lost more than they could afford are divided into two large groups. 
The first group are those who are completely disappointed in their luck in gambling and will never play again. 
But there is also a second group, these are those who still received basic experience of endurance and self-control.  For such players, of course, advice from experienced players or even their instructions on how to endure losses in the game and maintain composure, such advice can be very valuable and useful.

Greed has caused gamblers more harm than good.  One win motivates us to gamble more. Many gamblers are battling with addiction today because of greed.  Set gambling limits for yourself and try as much as possible to stick to the limits.  This way, you are sure of saving yourself from costly mistakes with severe consequences. After one win, take a break.  And get a job to avoid over reliance on gamble wins
