We always talk about bitcoin, let us divert some issues (basically on our internal being). We have a lot of words to say about this post but is not a problem sharing this kind of information. I think it will remind us that what is important is to be happy. Not just by saying that if we are happy in our profit in Bitcoin we would really be happy. It bothers a lot of people (especially right now that the market falls).

I thought sometimes on certain prospects that what if I would lose the whole sum of my investment in a minute, what would I do. Thus, this kind of post may not sound related to bitcoin but who knows it really give effect to other people in this community.

it looks like you are just raving and whining for losing your money and that's how you show your identity.
I don't think that can help the rise and fall of bitcoin at this time.
just live as usual and do things you can do.

Thanks for sharing this. Recent market has really caused some depressing situation and many newcomers are getting frustrated. It was very much needed for them. According to me, it is best to invest an amount that won't hurt the financial condition of individuals in the long run is the best way to avoid depression.

none of these are really going to work though, when you have taken the first step wrong. ignoring the problem, not thinking about it and relaxation are all things that would only postpone your problems.

the first step that anyone should have taken was to invest what you can afford to lose. nobody can deny that buying bitcoin is risky and to overcome that risk you need to be aware of it and only put the money in that you don't need and/or can afford to lose. if you do that then you will never worry about the price and never become "depressed" about a small short term drop!

Yes, we have to learn to overcome depression at this stage. There's no doubt that it's still in the bear market, and bitcoin will go through a long correction. Let's turn the computer off to exercise and exercise the fresh air.

1. Forget that you invested on bitcoin.

This might just be the worst advice I've seen in a while. Easy as hell to say, hard as hell to do.

"Oh my best friend just died recently but I overcame it by simple thinking he didn't exist lol ez!"

Depressed? The best and safest way to solve it is to get proper treatment for it.

Thank you so much for your insightful news. It is true that the market conditions have really dragged down everything, so newbies are very confused, with existing users much frustrated, and running into depression. I would advice people to invest only the much you can afford to lose, financially, and that will lower down the frustration levels. Don't give your all in, especially when the market is volatile. Calculated risk is key than sheer stupidity.

It's easier said than done, but we still need to look at the positives if we want to overcome depression. Don't think too much about your investment, it will eat you up. Talk to people, or in this forum to look for solutions. Bottling it all up will not help. Share your troubles and you will feel lighter.

In order to prevent being depressed, enjoy always our life. In Philippines, most of the people here are experiencing proverty and many people died in famine, but look how Filipinos strive hard and achieve their goals. No matter how difficult our life has, if we enjoy our life, we will not be depressed. Crypto Trading makes us depress but then if we will just play with our coins and enjoy what we are doing, we can surpass our problem and give some solution to it.

I think if investors get overly stressed over the cryptocurrency market, they may want to rethink their wealth allocation. They may need to diversify into more stable assets to be more at ease. In the long run things will be good, but you should not invest more than you can afford to lose.

It's probably not, it fits better into politics and society or off-topic.
Also, the points are rather obvious and a bit childish.

1. Forget that you invested on bitcoin.

Come on. Is this your way to handle all your problems? Great advice, if we all followed it the would would be full of psychopaths.
I lost money gambling (because I'm addicted) - let's forget about it and move on. I hit a pedestrian with my car and feel depressed- who cares, time to forget about it. Cheesy
Cheesy Cheesy there is a point too, I think this is the most effective way to deal with your depression.

depression isn't something that can be cured easily. There are even no signs of it.  Being able to encounter someone suffering from depression is privelege and a curse.  sometimes,  all you have to do is listen with judgement
