Though it is difficult sometimes to not get depressed over bitcoin and I face it in person too but the thing is getting all depressed actually not bring out anything positive rather the negative vibes of it  start affecting us.

Of all the posts that I expected to see on here today, this one didn't even occur to me.

Investing in crypto (both money and time) can be euphoric and depressing, particularly when your expectation is met with contrasting feelings.

I'm the sort of person who buys and follows the charts - this can lead to a lot of wasted time which could be better spent (typically sleeping), it can bring you down for sure. Those I know who simply buy and hodl, and don't bother to check on the prices are the ones who I see as being happy and healthy.

I'll have to take on some of these tips to see if I can mitigate some of my negative feelings of late.

Good post. The more you over think about the investment and profit of bitcoin the more depression and frustration will swallow you up. So to get rid of it all you need to do is avoid getting all tensed about it.

This is absolutely an amazing post. Yes this is so damn true that depression about bitcoin is highly unavoidable so it is very essential for all crypto users to maintain the practice of relaxation methods which will help lessen the frustration.

What a good post it is! Thanks much for this. I was really in need of something like this. All the tips mentioned above I have found extremely useful and I am surely try to remember all your tips.

Go out. See some trees, sceneries, some mountains, inhale some fresh air, forget about how low the value of bitcoin is. Never lose hope for life. Talk to a friend, drink some for you to release all your heartaches and failure, all your anxiety. If you feel like its getting worse, better talk to a specialist. Never waste your life just because you think you're a failure. You must fight it, never loose the battle. Someday, you can overcome it. Just believe and have confidence. Never forget that you're worth dying for.

I don't know how this post is relevant in this section. I don't think we need to be depressed for bitcoin. It has the best potential so i think we can keep trust on it.

It's probably not, it fits better into politics and society or off-topic.
Also, the points are rather obvious and a bit childish.

Come on. Is this your way to handle all your problems? Great advice, if we all followed it the would would be full of psychopaths.
I lost money gambling (because I'm addicted) - let's forget about it and move on. I hit a pedestrian with my car and feel depressed- who cares, time to forget about it. Cheesy

As we all know that depression over the bitcoin investment is inevitable whether you like it or not it is a package that you should overcome and to continue to enjoy life to the fullest. Here are some tips that i would recommend to overcome stress and depression.
1. Forget that you invested on bitcoin.
2. Reach out and stay connected to the people you love the most (like family, friends and relatives and even animals) Always stay close to them and you will going to forget that you are depress because seeing them would remind you that you should be happy because you have them that you love the most
3. Make face-time a priority. Do phone calls to someone you have been always happy like having a friend that are so funny and get a hang out with them. In this way you will going to forget that you are depress.
4. Do things that make you feel good
In order to overcome depression, you have to do things that relax and energize you. This includes following a healthy lifestyle, learning how to better manage stress, setting limits on what you’re able to do, and scheduling fun activities into your day. My way of doing things to make me feel good is the gym where i could always hang out and do the exercise and always get inspired by the looks and figure of my body.
5. Practice relaxation techniques. A daily relaxation practice can help me relieve symptoms of depression, reduce stress, and boost feelings of joy and well-being. I Try yoga, deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, or meditation.
6. Get a daily dose of sunlight
Sunlight can help me boost serotonin levels and improve mood. Whenever possible, getting outside during daylight hours and expose to the sun for at least 15 minutes a day. In this way i could feel the heat of the sun and the emotions of being depress.
Just follow the tips and definitely you will going to move on with the depression and will enjoy life to the fullest and you will see again bitcoin market price will go higher after you came back.
