you are right, we must keep looking at the market, not to miss updates from market conditions. but I suggest you also make an alarm for some assets, if there is an increase or decrease we can get a notification.

if the bear market returns maybe I won't have enough money to survive and prefer to look for a more decent job because all of my money has run out in 2018 and has a huge loss so I don't have anything else.

We have no choice but to wait if we are still holding until now.
Selling now is a bad decision, the market will recover and that's for sure, it could take longer but it will recover.
At the beginning, we are taught to be patient, this is the time that we should start applying it, be patient so you will not panic.

This is just part of the bearish and bullish trend, make sure when the market will become bullish you'll make profit on it.
