To be honest I haven't experienced anything like this, but if you want to invest in the long term you can do it. I mean like this, if you currently invest $100 in a large altcoin like ETH or BNB maybe in 50 years the value could be $7k. But there is another way namely investing in new altcoins, but the risk is relatively greater. I mean if you invest $100 in a new altcoin there is a much faster chance of reaching $7k, but another possibility is that $100 turns into $0.

However, it’s unfortunate that there are too many altcoins being created and the difficulty to select one that isn’t scam or one that wouldn’t eventually die out is higher. Altcoins usually come with more risks, it could be the smart contract, the team behind it, or almost anything. And for you to get such an altcoin that’ll give you the 70x gain, you are either lucky selecting it or you’ve been taking these risks on almost each and every altcoin.

I have an experience in my crypto life where the hype went from $80 to like $6100. But it was not a fundamental or strong project. This happened in Meme coin called Goma Siba Inu. By which I was surprised to see. But what is true is that after just 3 days it started decreasing again. And later that project died. There is no meaning in investing in such shit coins. Looking for a reliable platform for investment where returns will come with profits even if it takes long time.

The lesson you should have learned is to not stay too long on a project especially if that project don't have plans to make a massive product inovation in the future. I've been on the same boat as you on making big bucks on the early stages of the project and eventually dying out after months of prosperity. Luckily I sold all my tokens before the price crashes and never recover from that crash. This is a life long lesson that I learned from that experience that I will be surely implementing on the next bull market where majority of the tokens will have a massive pumps and will slowly die after experiencing a bear market. Secure the profit!

Mindset about expecting to get money instantly should be reduced more. indeed for some altcoins, especially memes and shitcoins, sometimes things like this are possible and the multiples are even greater than we thought but on the other hand we must also be aware that conditions like this will not be easy to get so don't expect too much for any shitcoin that only relies on pumps and dumps in its growth.

You mean you are expecting to have 70x your money from altcoin? That's Very hard but already happened with so many people. I mean people who invested 17$ with shiba inu, turned into more than million now. Even dogecoin also pumped a lot after elon start shield it. Even there are so many altcoins, which have low ico price but now they pump more than 100x, just need to long hold a potential coin. For me, i invested a altcoin name dent and i made around 10k$ from that maybe from 500$ during bull run of 2017. Meanwhile i check and found this coin still has large trade volume but i don't recomme anyone. That was past. Now better altcoins are available in market

Almost impossible. This means you need a project that gives you 70x the profit. Some projects have done that when hitting their ATH but I think it's very very hard. Are you going to all-in your $100 on one project or split them up across multiple projects? Both are hard to do. Calculations are possible but there is only a chance of about 1/700

It is indeed possible to earn significant profit and I personally earned a somewhat similar amount of profit by investing in altcoins just before the 2021 altcoin season. But it is not always the case and timing is also very important to maximize your profit.

I made good profit in cake token. later cake token touch 40$ almost but i sold earlier when it was 6$. funding quality project with high potential to increase token price is not easy task. sometimes you will hold many tokens with thinking that it will rise in future but your fund will be just stucked there. Shib, safemoon, doge, cake, Pyr, Lina,poly are some tokens where i made atleast 2x to 10x in short times.
