There were a lot of top 20 coins mentioned but also coins which are not well known. I also do daytrading and information like this is very helpfull.

Mos of them are the very good coin and are already trading with high volumes in the market, up to 6 mos of them has potential doing great and from 7 to 9, I don't have any hope on this coins, even though they are generating huge volumes but cannot able to increase their price.

Check out the website about the coin scoring platform, maybe like icobench.com/icorating.com, they have independent reviews that might be reliable, look new but they will be an important part of the day because of an objective assessment. All things can still change because each coin has a different strategy.

everyone is watching the top 10 because it's less risk than considering coins from the top 100, although there are also promising tokens

No one can say what happens in/after five years. The cryptocurrency market is like a lottery. Anyway, following your question I'm going to make a list of the names that could be the big thing in the next coming years (long).
Five years is a really long time. But I follow your question. Here is what I think is worth investing:

1. Bitcoin (BTC) - Always on to, because all other cryptos follow it.
2. Monero (XMR)
3. Achain (ACT)
4. Litecoin (LTC)
5. NEO
6. Ethereum (ETH)
7. Ripple (XRP)
8. Bitcoin Private (BTCP)
9. Dash
10. IOTA

There are a lot more good coins that can bring a good future.

For me the best and the most sure coins are best fives so just try to split amount of your money into "best" coins if you dont want to risk.

Choose between the top 20-30 coins in the market, for some of them exist for almost the same as btc. They are also good for long term investment, just like the way you want it, 5 years is good target for the top 20 coins. Just dont miss btc,eth, and ltc on your list.

For me I think all crypto coins will last more than five years, but only few will have a good value or will appreciate enough that investors get the chance to earn well from it. My top cryptos are:
1. BTC
2. Ethereum
3. Litecoin
4. Waves
5. Ripple
I think having all these as a sort of long term investment can give an assurance of high rate of return.
