I also think we can't wrong if we invest on bitcoin and ethereum because they always give a good profit over time and don't dissapoint investors, Ethereum should be taked for long because maybe will not grow so fast and bitcoin should also invest and hold for long because can give a good profit back.

Top 2 coins that are based on cmc ranking are btc and eth . these coins are good to invest for both long term and short term . bitcoin is can be suitable for short , mid and long term while eth mainly foccuses on mid to longer term because eth value is slow moving but whats good about eth is that its verry stable . its less riskier and can also be used for payment purposes if ever you feel the urge to buy something or if ever you got bored of hodling .

Actually, Litecoin is also the strongest performer in the past 6 months. Whereas Bitcoin has now recovered to the past 6 months and then topped it with 15%, Litecoin has actually grown 300%. Which just goes to show Charlie Lee (founder) was correct. He was the only LTC guy warning us to prepare for 90% crash (and it happened!).

Just be careful though. Charlie Lee left LTC already...
