Eth and BTC are the two kings so It's very difficult for any altcoin to compete with them. Maybe privacy coins can in the future though.
I don't know why you think Bitcoin will not be number one in a measly 2 years. It's synonymous with crypto and will probably stay that way for decades to come. Eth will be up there also.
Hard to tell. After all, technologies are moving forward faster and faster, and I am sure that there will be more blockchains that will present new more promising assets than those that we have now. But if these do not appear (which I doubt) NEO, ETH and BTC will remain in their places
I prediction still BTC on the top because BTC is a main coin, all coins finaly converted to BTC include ETH but for quantity a transaction of course i agree with you. ETH is most solid the transcation at this time because all alt coin convert to ETH before to converting to BTC
By 2020 I think BTC will no longer be in the first place anymore. that should be ETH because:Ethereum is a currency created by Blockchain technology like Bitcoin, but is developed and overcome by many problems Bitcoin encountered in which the biggest problem is the transaction time.

Next I think 2nd place is still BTC

My guess is that Bitcoin will remain on top for a long long time. Ethereum too unless the SEC rules that it is a security (which they might). EOS will be number 3 if I had to guess.

Bitcoin is now turning to high risk investments, it has too much disadvantages to become the crypto which can be used in daily life. ETH and EOS develops quite fast now so i believe they will pass Bitcoin.

I’m confident Litecoin will maintain market dominance due to inherit synergies (shared code) with Bitcoin, the network effect, and the compelling story of Litecoin being the silver to Bitcoin’s gold.

ETH providing reliable platform for many valuable tokens can overthrow BTC to become the king. One of the coins with 3rd-generation blockchain like ADA or EOS will deserve the 3rd.

three coins that have potential in 2020 in my opinion is Ethereum, NEO, and EOS

I think in the first place will stand Cardano, in second EOS, and in third not yet created at the moment cryptocurrency.

There's no doubt that champion of 2020 still will be good old bitcoin, but about other coins i don't know. Hope that NEO will be in top 3.

Of course BTC will always be the leader because BTC is the king of all Cryptocurrency and can be considered as the best investment. I think this market will always be of interest to investors because of the good liquidity and the foundation of Blockchain will be applied in many different areas, this will help Cryptocurrency become a new revolution in the industry modern industry

In my opinion, by 2020 the situation will still be the same. With three great Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple. But each will cost at least 4 times from the current price range.
In my opinion, the top three coins in 2020 are Bitcoin, Ethereum, and EOS these three coins have a lot of potentials so I'm sure they will continue to grow and become bigger in the future.
I think in the next few years will remain the same, coins like BTC, ETH, and BCH will remain on top of the other coins. maybe coins like neo and waves next that have a good market after the three coins.
