A new exchange is about to be online on 5 march 2018 , with demo working right now. It's bitpaction.com . Their own ICO is BPS.
Maybe you can take a look on their site and program. Looks very promising in my opinion.
All this started from the idea of a special crypto exchange.
I just looked at their whitepaper and their token sales conditions and bonuses and seems to be a good investment.

It looks like a new format has been formed
I may add CND or cindicator, they have a product too and its working already. In addition, GLAdius just ended their token distribution and they on network security. HMQ too, or humaniq. There are many ICO nowthat are very active and having real life application of blockchain technology.
Hey. Thank you for sharing, but all the projects that you mentioned have already completed their ICOs. In this list I add only those who at the time when I learned about them still have ongoing or upcoming.
I don't think I'll participate in another ICO anytime soon, the landscape just gets too crowded and I can not tell which of the many interesting ideas have the potential to succeed. But I'm going to keep an eye on such efforts to create lists of promising projects and looking into details.
Thank you for sharing your current approach here. And by the way in this thread as you see, you can sometimes find projects with a working product. I select them very carefully, but of course I guarantee nothing and don't call for investing in them

I would advise you to pay attention to promising projects where you can really invest (without a gas war), which are still undervalued. For example, ICO Daneel is an application for crypto traders. There are 2 days left. The project hardly will collect hardcap, but in my opinion it is interesting for investments for a long period!

That brings me back to the question, if an ICO not doing a KYC process is trustworthy at all. 
Except that ICO has permission to doing a KYC process for investor, I don't trust any ICO project need KYC for investment.Because do that mean I need to share my information, share to more ICO projects without any guarantee my information keep safe by them, they can sell it to those who need it.
