There is really no difference between the interface and what other casinos has to show . The only thing I like about this one is what they have to offer and that's really what makes the difference between this and other casinos I have been seeing .and I also like the fact that they are offering both fast deposit and fast withdrawal ,unlike some other casinos that would allow fast deposit but when it's time to withdraw they will start delaying your withdrawal , cause that pisses me off a lot. This one is really good and I might be trying out their casino some day. Nice one by the way.

Indeed, fast and secure crypto payments are one of the key Fairplay benefits. But what really makes the difference is that all transactions on Fairplay.io are based on blockchain and smart contracts. Every player can check game stats and the total casino balance both on Etherscan and the casino website.

Also, we have an awesome bonus program for newcomers. If you decide to give Fairplay a try, you’ll get bonuses of up to 200% after each of the first four deposits (see the conditions here or above in this thread). And plenty of free spins, of course.

Checking the game stats and casino balance are actually great features for this online casino site.
You are showing transparency via blockchain for a casino, wherein most casinos want to hide what they have.
And from what I've seen here, the dev team is also active in engaging with the community so I guess that's a plus for me.
But such engagement should be observed at all times, even if you already established your niche in the crypto gambling industry, as it will give assurances that you are really taking care of your clients.

Oh there are many differences. Most casinos don’t mislead their players in such a reprehensible fashion. Most casinos don’t claim to allow players that are “completely anonymous” but then require KYC and extensive documentation in order to cash out. Most casinos do not defraud their loyal players out of over .5 ETH.  Most casinos don’t take 3 months to respond to legitimate disputes. Most casinos don’t break the law and steal from their players on one hand while hiding behind their supposed compliance with regulatory bodies. Most casinos don’t operate out of one country (Kazakhstan) while falsely claiming to operate out of another country which is over 12,000 kilometers away (Belize). Most casinos have an actual gaming license which has inherent protections for its players instead of buying a sub-license from a private company that actually holds the license and offers zero protection to its players.

I could continue but you get the point.

There are many differences between other casinos and FairPlay.io

Not all are criminal organizations like FairPlay.io and it’s gang of internet thieves and thugs.

second i'm definitely not going to share personal info esp my phone number just for a bonus used to test the site. doesn't that defeat the purpose of even testing it to see if you wanna give it a go.
if kyc was required they could request it during withdrawal.

3rd these shitty sites should stop operating at all if kyc is required. if i wanted to do that i would play a real money regulated casino and not some unknown site

Thank you for recognizing the absurdity of their explanations and the selective application of their policies when it’s in their favor.

To clarify the KYC process,
They require passport or driver’s license scan, address verification documents (which the ID or passport does not qualify) in the form of utility bill or bank statement, selfie with verification documents in hand, and an additional verification upload.

Yet when it comes to their business and their information they are the exact opposite. Their employees operate under fake names, they are based out of Kazakhstan, they have a sublicense issued by a private company in curaçao (Fairplay’s egaming license is not issued the govt of curaçao but rather by a private company that holds a master license which is issued by the actual regulators), and their business operates under the laws of Belize which is over 12,000 Kilometers away.

They claim to be a regulatory complaint, transparent, open, honest, casino that utilizes the blockchain and Cryptocurrency to ensure the highest levels of integrity....

The reality is that they are a criminal organization that has carefully structured their business to hide their activities from legitimate regulators and has evaded law enforcement and proper regulation by falsifying their business’ supposed location of business and by purchasing a flimsy online gaming “license” from a private company which offers ZERO protection to their users, ZERO representation in the event of problems, and has the worst reputation of any gaming license or issuer on the planet.

Very convenient for them to be putting up redundant obstacles and requesting extensive and invasive personal information from users - BUT these policies will only be enforced on users attempting to make a withdrawal. Users making deposits and losing the funds will have no verifications, no security checks, no obstacles, and will be encouraged to deposit more and more and more. The moment that user wins and is trying to withdrawal, they will delay and complicate as much and as long as posssjble and they will continually  lie both publically and privately.  They will do whatever the helll that they want.

first off they need more then a cell number for a KYC.

4th fairplay.io is named after fairplay.com which has been operating since 2002

This is insane ffs
all it takes is using a token with a marketcap around the same as all of the other shitcoins
and offering it to peoples "accounts" so they never have control of the coins i don't actually possess
then they will give me all the personal information that i ask for which is apparently not even the info required to file a kyc

Fairplay.io is a licensed casino, and we have to comply with certain standards and requirements, and KYC is one of them.

Signing up with a phone number is a common practice for many casinos including the crypto ones because it’s a way to reduce the number of users with multiple accounts. It’s also an additional communication channel that proved to be convenient for many Fairplay users. You learn everything you need to get started on Fairplay.io in a couple of minutes and get 30 free spins for your attention on top of that.

Also, we don’t send a confirmation code to your phone number, so you can start playing on Fairplay.io even before receiving a call from us.

I would like to know if the only requirement to start enjoying is to be made with deposit? Because if that is the case, there is no possibility of giving any kind of bonus to start trying it for free? I ask because many platforms use this type, and they are much more reliable and when choosing between so many platforms people are interested in offering more ease to enter before making a deposit.

Each game on Fairplay.io has a demo version, so you can try any game for free. We also give new players 30 free spins right after they sign up and accept a call from the casino. You can use those free spins before making a deposit.

We had a non-deposit bonus previously but switched to increased deposit bonuses because they are more lucrative and thus interesting for players. We give bonuses of up to 200% and free spins after each of the first four deposits. You can also boost your bonus with a special promo code. DM us and we’ll gladly give it to you.

Well, I checked this out, the KYC verification was failed on May 19, 2019, and no exclusive bonuses have been offered at least since then.]

Mike you are so obviously full of shit. Yes no exclusive bonuses were offered since May 19th.

Oh wait except those two bonuses on May 21 and then when we called your cellphone number and emailed you later that same day to ask you to confirm your personal cell for number and with the message “we have a special present for YOU”!!   And then I Spoke to your staff telegram as well.

Let me guess. Those were all just bots and autosenders and robo dialers doing automated processes despite the numerous references and indications that they were specific to me and even had my personal cell phone number right in the body of the email.

Accountability Is obviously non-existent over there at FairPlay.  FairPlay?!? What a joke that name is.  The irony is just brutal.

Mike the only thing more laughable than your absurd justifications of your fraud campaign is your final statement about getting a license to operate in the United States.

7 users over the last 7 days.

Mike, The Toilet At my local McDonald’s has more daily users than your scam site.

You guys are going down like a LED Zeppelin... and if you ever stop and wonder why exactly that is.  You can refer back to this conversation and see just how terrible your customer service is,  how dishonest, stubborn, and  at this point laughable, your responses have been. But yeah I’m sure you guys will be the first name called when the US starts handing out the licenses. First of all, you would need a license for every state that you wish to operate. Secondly, my grandmother’s Facebook page is more popular than your casino and she’s been dead for almost a decade.

Be honest for once Mike. Your team screwed me over deliberately because you all have no user base and your company will need a miracle just to make it out of 2019 without dissolving.

Focus on averaging more than 1 user a day and not screwing over the handful of people that actually visit your site... of which I was one of a select few.  Then once you accomplish those things you may have the credibility to discuss pursuing more licenses.  With an average of 1 user per day you sound like a fool when you mention the possibility of acquiring licenses in another jurisdiction.

It’s Hysterical! And Don’t you worry I’ll be here to remind you and everyone else, every step of the way.  🤣🙃😉

Hi there, this is Mike again. Please take a look at our regular bonus system in the post above. Every Fairplay user gets these bonuses.

I'm very sad to be the one to tell you that, but your screenshots proved that we have our general bonus policy and promotional email campaigns, nothing more. Each of the first four deposits at the casino brings Fairplay users a bonus and free spins. We also give additional bonuses to all our players via email newsletters. We also reach our users by phone at least once to confirm their registration. We continue communicating with them by phone if this is convenient for them. Any Fairplay.io player can prove that. While data on blockchain can show real game stats of any user, in any game, at any moment.

You can contact our support to get the full history of your deposits, bonuses, wins, and losses. Any bonus there should be a regular or additional bonus for all our users rather than an exclusive offer for you.

I can understand your frustration about failing KYC but it was failed due to the violation of the Fairplay.io Terms & Conditions. When you create multiple accounts or use the website while being a resident of a restricted country, you extremely violate the Terms of Use and continue using the website at your own risk.

We are not happy about those geo-restrictions. We are not happy that you violated the Terms & Conditions and failed KYC because of those geo-restrictions. But we have to stick to the terms of our license.

However, we'd love to help you somehow anyway, so let's do this. The moment we can accept citizens of the USA, I will personally email you with some huge bonus that will exceed all your expectations. Hopefully, we will get the license for the USA soon.

The industries of online gambling, Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency in general are subjected to a constant wave of scrutiny and restrictive regulation which limit the real potential of their capabilities and the crypto movement.

One of the main concerns is the disturbing number of reported cases of fraud, theft, scams, and other criminal behavior that continues to haunt these industries.  It has created a stigma and has significantly harmed the reputation of all three subjects.

One of the the things we can do as a community to advance the economic empowerment movement and revolution of the global financial system is to identify criminal behavior and the morally and ethically absent actions of nefarious individuals and groups and to then use our group conscience and our crypto wallets to send a clear message that we will not tolerate nor participate in the destructive actions that  you’re inflicting on our movement and the stigma and poor reputation that your actions are partly responsible for. I can only speak for myself but I certainly do not want businesses and organizations representing this movement if they are going to behave in this unacceptable manner.  We do not have to tolerate it. We shouldn’t tolerate it. And personally, I will not tolerate it.

I urge all users on here to review my case and to review the evidence I’ve presented which also confirm Fairplay’s many lies and shameful behavior and predatory behavior and then ask yourself, “is this really the type of organization that I want to be handing my hard earned crypto over too and supporting continued behavior like this?”

Well I would hope that you all would stand with me on this one and say that “no it is definitely not, and there is no place in this movement or in this industry for scoundrels like the operators of FairPlay.io”

If someone could advise me on how to properly link imgur uploads so that the picture displays it would be appreciated and players would be able to confirm my statements much easier and it may save them from being lied to and deceived by slimeball casinos such as FairPlay.io

1. Upload an image

2. Don’t copy the URL, select “Get share links
3. Copy the BBCode (Forums)

4. Just paste the code into the body of your post

Great thanks. uploading now.

Well, I checked this out, the KYC verification was failed on May 19, 2019, and no exclusive bonuses have been offered at least since then. I suppose that any offered bonuses were just regular bonuses rather than exclusive offers. We do have a bonus system and every new user automatically gets a deposit bonus and free spins after each of the first four deposits. It’s not the reason to consider the KYC verification successful.

I’d also like to stress that Fairplay.io approaches player engagement with all due caution. We always make it clear that players should gamble responsibly and only play with money they can afford to lose. We also require players to read and agree to our Terms & Conditions before accessing the casino services.

The best thing about Fairplay is it’s a blockchain-based casino. If you have any doubts about game results, you can check every bet, win, and loss, as well as each deposit and withdrawal, via Etherscan. These stats can be compared with a record of your requests to our support team in order to figure out the sequence of events as they happened.

I would also like to stress that Bitcointalk users approach FairPlay.io with due caution. I would like to make it clear  that some casinos are confirmed liars and scammers with a history of verifiably deceptive, dishonest, and reprehensible behavior. I would suggest that you read up on each casinos reputation and check the experience of past players including any imgur image uploads that have been improperly placed into the body of the text.

I have tried for several minutes now to make it easier to view these images but I have failed.  Much in the way mike and the FairPlay.io organization have failed to properly represent the circumstances.  Thankfully I have documented the entire process and the proof is contained in our many many confrontations.

If someone could advise me on how to properly link imgur uploads so that the picture displays it would be appreciated and players would be able to confirm my statements much easier and it may save them from being lied to and deceived by slimeball casinos such as FairPlay.io

Sir. Again. You are flat out lying.

May 19th failed kyc.

May 21st live chat issued me 30 free spins which the winnings could only be unlocked by depositing and play a certain amount of playthrough.

May 25th your team called my cell phone indicating they had a special present exclusively for me. It even lists my cell phone number in the body of the email saying that we “called” you!!

You just confirmed to everyone with 100% certainty that you are lying. Check the images.
