Good question but i hold both and ETH and LTC but if we look at price and history will be better to have more ETH then LTC, but you can also keep some LTC and more ETH, who know 100% what will happen and how much will value.
This is a more easy way to have more profit, ETH and LTC are both good coins but since ETH moves faster than LTC so i think this is the difference. Don’t trade your ETH, just increase your LTC and invest more, i really see a bull run very soon so let’s all store good coins into our safe wallet.

exchanging Ethereum with LTC in my opinion is a little bad thing, if you keep both of them it might be a good thing because the opportunities that get more.if I choose one, I better hold Ethereum and I will not exchange it for another Altcoin, for those who believe in Ethereum, they will not exchange it, of course they know the reason.

I think LTC has been overbought, in the last few weeks it's price has doubled and it has remained a but stable. I don't expect much movement from it unlike ETH that can gain easily.

it's clear I chose 4 ETH from 12.5 LTC because ETH has high expectations even though the market is bad in terms of community, LTC's volume and platform are far behind ETH , something makes me sure ETH can pump it by itself I’m consolidating my portfolio.

I am sure most must choose to hold ETH but that does not mean that LTC is bad, only ETH is more dominant in my opinion for the long term. Higher trading volume. Many people believe that in the future the market will be better and ETH will be expensive.
I myself hold a second asset it is, but I am more interested in holding down the ethereum and trade litecoin. ethereum price is now more stable is not so good to be traded, a little hard to find a good thing. but litecoin is more dynamic, I love it.

I believe that everyone should keep their Ethereums and would never exchange them to another coin, not Litecoin not any other one. After the biggest crush in cryptocurrency market the ETH never get back on the order again. The ETH has lost already too much and i wouldn't believe that it's price falls more. I am collecting ETH and believe in the $200 line in 2nd quarter.
I suggest to you hold 4 ETH. Because now ETH rate are cheap. It is not proper time to sell ETH . On the other hand, the cost of ltc is relatively high. That's why I chose ETH for future.
I also think this is the right decision. The price of Ethereum in relation to Bitcoin is quite low and the price has fallen below only by 12%.

I would be happy to have 4.5 ETH than 12 LTC. I like both coins and both are the big asset for the crypto community! Ethereum hard fork was successful and we can see a good result within three months, this is the bigger platform with the unique Contract system! But Litecoin is not that big platform for the new projects! ETH price will be high this year but I am not sure about LTC price for this year! So, 4.5 ETH will be a good choice according to my view.
Litecoin is just different, it is not about being the same as Ethereum. Litecoin wants to be a cheap transaction medium.

To this day I will still choose Ethereum as the right choice in the portfolio, and that does not mean I don't like Litecoin. This is just a way to choose taking into account the unstable market conditions, although I have to admit that both of them are very good altcoins. Then what's the problem? It's not a bad thing to have a basket and enter both. Good idea right?

Indeed, one should not forget that Ethereum has updated its network and has become a more awesome project. I use this coin in payments.Ethereum always was good coin for payments, but now after hardfork should be probably the best on market. I also would not exchange ETH for LTC.

I would rather the 12.5 LTC , because of the new partnerships , It is always hard to choose among those two but I would rather to choose litcoin , if you see ATH of litecoin and ATH of ETH you would find out that ltc has been 1/6 but eth has been 1/9 , also the total supply of LTC has been set .

I fully agree with your opinion regarding the prospects of ethereum, because today you can invest at very competitive prices, And in the near future you can get a very good return on investments in ethereum. Moreover, since in the financial world ethereum is still not recognized as a digital security, that, respectively, users of cryptocurrency who use ethereum may not be subject to appropriate taxes. 
for now I will choose ethereum rather than litecoin because I'm sure someday ethereum will provide good and promising benefits for people who use it
I will choose ETH bcz it will recover fastere than LTC and there are lots of update regarding ETH is coming and ETH is call 2nd bitcoin so why i will choose LTC instaead of ETH in this bear market?
In the present market situation it isn't possible to predict the market situation of ethereum as well as Litecoin. As the present market of Litecoin have increased with comparison to ethereum expect good results on the long run. Focusing the hardfork of Litecoin trading ethereum for Litecoin seems to be the right choice for the moment. Jump to:
