Both coins were good to hold but I prefer ethereum more than litecoin so you can hold 60% ethereum and 40% of LTC from your capital amount.
I’m a long term hodler. Have had a few LTC since 2014, always been a fan.
I’m consolidating my portfolio.
Would you rather 4Eth? Or 12.5LTC?
Which would you choose and why?
At the moment, of course I prefer ltc , as the growth continues and will continue on the coin as a lot of positive news unlike Ethereum I’m consolidating my portfolio.

If I have a coin, it would be better to save large amounts of coins so that if there is an increase, the profit percentage will be greater because if we see the price ratio of the two coins is quite large, I would rather hold a cheap one. coins but has great potential for the next few months.
Although its a matter of choice, but in my own opinion, I will always go for ETH. If you check, the team have been trying their best to ensure ETH maintains its position, also the fork. At least this will show the team is working, unlike LTC.
For long term I will consider holding ETH as it has higher potential in addition to effective and hardworking team.
Good question. I'd go with ethereum for the next 2 months then switch them over to litecoin. This will take advantage of their reduced inflation events, although market now is very unpredictable

That’s a great move i guess since you can also have profit in the top 4 altcoins but I don’t want to exchangemy ETH, I will just invest more to increase my holdings. I don’t trade with the top coins, i hold them for good until the future pump of the price.
Ethereum and litecoin is great project, I think hard if only chosee one of them but If you talking about long term i will prefer ethereum, i think the price in the future will so high, but if trading short term, i think no one know where the best coin will up next, So i think choose 50:50, is great solution.
There is no need to trade the Eth for buying any other investment because all the currencies and in the deeper situation so we cannot try to improve the profit by trading and investing and different investment go with the flow of your investment will give the better result.

None of the 2, I will advise you sell the LTC and be an HOLDLER of BTC because holding for long term, the value it is presently on will fall and become stable on a value far lower than what it is now, so if you want to stay in the market and become relevant, I will advise you change it to BTC, after the BTC BULL run, you can then buy it back if It is a coin you are so desperate in holding but for me, if I don’t have any choice, I will rather hold ETH to LTC because of their strong community.
In last 2 years of time, ethereum had proved more returns than litecoins but we cannot be sure about the same thing in coming days too. But, bitcoin case is totally different hence holding bitcoins will not disappoint anyone. But, diversifying is also strongly recommended always.

Both coins have a large growth potential for the coming months. However, it is very difficult for me to say which one has more possibilities. Guided only by the last successful Ethereum hardfork, I would bet more on ETH.

I think the market now looks very much litecoin, I think it is better to transfer some of the funds, I think this coin began bullish trend and stupid not to buy a coin right now!I’m consolidating my portfolio.

Both of these coins have good movements so the two coins are indeed good and continue to increase. Many communities will continue to maintain and benefit from both. I think investing in both will make us more observant in trading and making a profit.
ETH and LTC are good coins, but I think ETH has more potential to provide pfofit for you, so I think you better set aside your ETH bigger than LTC.it's just my advice because in my opinion ETH is still the best and has the greatest chance of being able to rise high.

but if you save both of these coins then you should be able to patiently wait for the prices of these two coins to rise, whereas usually those that have price movements only in ethereum, so I prefer to buy as much as I can and focus only on 1 coin makes me more calm.

I would choose Eth. Because I am a fan of the ether as well as you are a fan of LTC.
I would keep both of them, because in my opinion ETH and LTC are the most promising altcoins on the market and I am pretty sure that when the next bullish trend is going to be launched, these coins will be pumped really hard.
