to trade safely, you must choose a trusted exchange, such as binance, huobi, or kucoin,
If you have determined a safe and reliable exchange, then you only need to activate 2FA,
and then learn trading, understand technical analysis and also trading management,
if you have mastered everything, you will become a professional trader.

Never assume you know everything - and don't be ashamed of looking at the basics again.

Ive been trading for quite a while now and I will spend hours and hours watching the basics again just purely on the basis I might learn something else i missed the first time.

You will quickly realise trading is all about personal style and what works for you.

Theres no way that you can trade safely. Bitcoin and other Altcoins price is volatile. You really need to pay attention on the coin that you want to buy first. What you can do is aim for small profits first, like 2% per trade, once you hit 2%, sell and leave. Dont aim for higher profits as you might get trapped holding an expensive coin once the price dropped.

One of the most important things you could possibly do as a new trader is to only put a small amount of your money into trading initially. It's unrealistic to expect to be extremely good at trading right from the beginning, and it's possible you won't be very profitable for a while. Take things slowly at first but keep reading and learning whenever you can and apply the knowledge you've gained when you're trading, and never, EVER risk more than you can afford to lose even if you're on a great winning streak. Don't let your emotions control your trading.
The common misconception about trading is always the scalability of capital, small traders tends to be greedy when they win for a consecutive time and likely to put or add more money. Some are very knowledgeable with trading but they cannot apply what they have learned on actual. WHY? cause guide tends to be more beginner friendly when in fact the real market does not. So I suggest to find a trading platform that offers a demo account to really know how the market works.

Reading through the comments I can see lots of advises given to you by members but the truth still remains that these advices works best if you put them into practices.
I will advise to open a demo account and try trading with it. If possible you can trading with some shit coins to know what it feels like to 'actually' trade. Practice for sometimes with it before proceeding to the main trading. Then you will know if trading is meant for you.

If you are a beginner and before trading, you must have prior knowledge about trading and recognize the risks that you will face and after that you must experience it directly with the note you must trade with small capital first.
because with you experience it directly from time to time you can learn and recognize how to trade well and can make you a great trader, and the most important thing is you have a basic knowledge of trading.
Knowledge indeed holds the most importance in all professions. It is same in the trading world too. A person must learn the basics first. Once done with trade learning, he is supposed to choose a potential coin and learn it too. Then he should try to implement his knowledge in scenarios resembling real world with some demonstration account. With the passage of time, everything starts falling into its place.

So, in my opinion the most important is to remember this quote:"never invest more than you can afford to lose". Trading isn't easy and you need to constantly learn. Learn from your mistakes. But before you start trading, gain some knowledge about cryptocurrencies, take your time and watch the market's fluctuations. Then find a proper exchange for beginners, I can recommend you CoinDeal which is safe and user-friendly. Good luck, be patient!

no one is safe in trading all have risks, that is why trading is called unpredictable work.
You buy now and could suffer losses in a short time, and vice versa.
so you do have to understand market conditions in order to know when to enter and exit.
trading is difficult, dont try if you dont ready to lose.

Safely? Even those pro/veteran traders cant even have that word "safe" in terms of trading. Its always been risky but due to experience and skills they do able to suppress that risk on losing money.

Same goes for newbies too, we do need to learn up the basics and test out trades on small amounts until we do gradually learn along the way.Following tips from pros arent really that ideal
and i do much prefer on trading on my own and do get out some references but not totally relying on it.

If you want to trade, first you need to get an account for trading from Binance, Coinbase (recommended for noobs), Bitfinex or any of the trusted exchanges. After you have created an account, I would suggest you get to learn more about the exchange you have chosen and how everything works in it and read their terms and conditions as to know what to avoid. After that, the next thing you have to do is to learn cryptocurrency trading, a lot of articles on Google search can help you a lot in understanding what it's all about.

For now, all I can tell you is that there are risks involved, and you should avoid emotional trading, and only invest and trade what you can afford to risk. You should also check out the videos on trading, when you watch the demonstration I think it will help you better.

crypto markets is very volatile , and to trade safely in volatile markets you need to have experience and emotions control while learning trade with less quantity and be in the game ,
Since he is a newbie, he should understand the risks first in crypto. Learn first and understand the market this could helps and guide to trade. Indeed the market is volatile and especially we could not predict the value. That's also important to control our emotions and never trade that cannot afford to lose.
I do agree that newbies should have learn first the basic idea of trading, know the risk of investment in cryptocurrency and how to execute a trade with this volatile cryptocurrency. There's a lot of reading, research and practices needed for a newbie in order to perfectly trade with less losses.

Head to the forexfactory and take the courses from the professional traders. There is no need to get lost in the Youtube channels if you have the basic trading knowledge. As a starter package, you have to familiar with various trading platforms and similar market patterns will occur from time to time. The human psychology is the answer to all dark questions, always pay attention to the sentimental and fundamental analysis.

To invest in the cryptocurrency market, you should first learn about it.
https://bitcoin.org and https://bitcointalk.org are two great places for you to start learning about the cryptocurrency market.
You should spend time reading these 2 topics, these are very useful knowledge for beginners.

Investing in the cryptocurrency market can be profitable but also risky so invest with caution and never invest more than you are willing to lose.
Try to plan well before you decide to invest, good luck.

You cannot trade here.
You go to an exchange first before you could trade.
Also, there is no such thing as safe trading. Anything is always at risk.
Trading and even just the mere buying of any crypto currency is already a risk. Do not look for something safe for there it doesn't exist anymore unless you want just to keep it in a bank and get a .01 annual interest.
