There is nothing wrong in diversifying your investment but when it comes to bitcoin and if i was able to make a fortune in this market, i would re invest in this market till it reaches the level i am envisioning and then i will plan to diversify, other than that there is no urgency as the market itself is not even a decade old and the market is going to grow in the comings years and the price will explode from where it is right now.

after looking for bitcoin volatility and price variations bitcoin is considered an an asset rather than real estate investment every quarter bitcoin prices increase and go downtrend so we should considered bitcoin as long-term asset
I wanted to invest in bitcoin in 2015, but for some reason I did not do it and invested money simply in the bank. Now I think if I did it then, I already would have an apartment and one more car, maybe even something else.

A good way because if the trading is done for big things then it is also a good way and real estate business is good while if we do things for a good purpose. Trading bitcoin is good for every thing.
The main goal is to make your business more safe and secure not only by trading bitcoins but also for buying a real estate of some of your bitcoins. Real estate is a great investment and it is for lifetime business for retirement most of the time you don't have to trade weekly or monthly. I would consider this in the future when i have enough money to build or buy my own real estates.
Well, for me, I'd say that is very interesting. That idea is the best thing that will happen in trading of bitcoin. We all know that when it comes to trading of bitcoin, we need to have money in order for us to trade it or gain it. The reason behind this is that money runs every cryptocurrency in the whole world. Trading bitcoin for real estate need much effort in order to obtain huge amount, Its hard to raised money through bitcoin trading since the value of bitcoin are significantly drowning, it require much time and a lot of patient to come up with enough capital for real estate. I just hope we would end up with huge profit of trading this year:)

Reading the news, I meet often the articles about the people who invested their Bitcoins in real estate. yes, you can buy some private property for the cryptocurrency now.
I wish I can buy real estate in the future because I see that from time to time, the price of the real estate always increases and I think it's more stable than the cryptocurrency. and if I can collect more bitcoin and sell that bitcoin at the highest price like what I do in the last year, then I am sure that I can buy one or two real estates and I can rent it to other people for a while so I can get more money. I am sure that I can reach what I want in the future as long as I can keep focus in the cryptocurrency first so I can earn more money.
If you have already many bitcoin in your wallet then yoi can purchase it with real estate ,if the developer of those real estate will accept bitcoin then we might as well trade with bitcoin for those real estate.

I think its rather problematic now. No lawyer would agree to conclude such deal, bit in several decades it would probably become common practice
And what is so problematic in such a contract? If everything is done in accordance with applicable law, both sides agree to it, there is no reason for such a transaction not to take place.

In my own opinion, bitcoins will be always more profitable than real estate because the price of a lot is not growing so fast while cryptocurrency is increasing its price depending on the demand and supply.

As of now, I really do not have a big amount to invest in real state. But in the future I am planning to do it, investing in real state thru bitcoin is a big thing because the bitcoin price is not the norm so it is okay to used it in real state. For sure, investing in real state you will out a huge amount of money but at least your hard work in bitcoin went in a good investment.

I do not have enough coins for such an expensive purchase yet, but when I have so many, I will not change them for ordinary money, but I will conduct the transaction with the help of a crypto currency.
