I am wondering how many of you are selling your bitcoins to buy something solid like real estate as backup investment? spread the eggs!
I'm already sold some of my bitcoin to buy real estate, but if you are looking for the exact number of the users that already bought real estate and it can't be determined. It is a safe investment and good to be your backup rather than use the insurance.
That's a good investment mate. Me too, I would prefer to buy a land if my savings is already enough. I will not focus in one business alone. Real estate is a good back up of your present business. The price of a land is increasing with respect to time. It never depreciates and        is a safe, profitable business too once developed and make it a subdivision.

Investing in cryptography is much more profitable than in real estate, and technically simpler, and also more crypto has more liquidity. Therefore, investing in real estate makes sense only if there is a large amount of money.

These are only will be those people who are feeling fear that anything may happen with the bitcoin and it can be ban or it can be zero anytime , so they are selling Thier coins slowly slowly .
But in Actual the better and real users of the bitcoin will not go for the sell of the bitcoin , but still here this is a big bitter truth that bitcoin is that never the cryptocurrency market can give profit , if it can give profit then it can give loss , so here I have made also a plan that bitcoin selling in small small amounts and turning into share market business where there is no any question about legality of the bitcoin in any ways .
But still overall I am making profit from the bitcoin and another cryptourrency trading only , share market for real estate se really a way to put money and wait for nothing .

This is the kind of goal that most people in this industry yearns for and I cannot blame them. When it comes to investments and assets, real estate is among the most relevant and profitable market.

Although I have not personally done so, I support that type of transaction that crosses the digital world through the physical world and as a measure of portfolio diversification

That might be true fact, because being an early investor doesn't need to think about anything else. It's quite good to keep hold and profit out of the same as the growth keeps on continuing to reach much higher values. Recently in an article an property is posted with an ad where btc is accepted. So those guys too have got opportunity to make use of their bitcoin directly in large volumes.

Bitcoin- in bullish time

In my country for example i saw some premium / exotic cars which have word (1 word) on plate  or as plate number: "HODL"  Grin
So maybe a lot of hodlers just spend their bitcoin on cars, fantasy, play etc. I am interested how they invest now.
The owners that you saw from those cars and etc are obviously the early birds in bitcoin because for sure they invested in bitcoin for a lot of years ago and it is now the year for them to get some profit to enjoy the life and for sure they made a lot of money already with their investment. That is also one of the benefits of having a great long term mind set and you can see that they made a lot of money because of their mind set and patience.

I do not have near enough Bitcoin to even be able to think about this, let alone do it.
With that said, if I did have enough I still would just hold. It is a way better investment at this time than real estate.
No one who holds Bitcoin loses money... think about it.

Yeah that's true , hold it until it hit the ultimate price . .

Its depend on which country the real estate is located, here in my country you need more than 10btc to own good real estate. I personally prefer like to save my wealth in form of bitcoin, the price is moving so fast.

Yes, it could be happend to bitcoin for the real estate if this will generate soon the highest pick value and it could turn to establishing the bitcoin as legit fund that the government will support all through out the economic growth of the country. But now they trying to adopt, and it is too amature for us to define at this moment.

It's always good to diversify your investments, or "spread the eggs" as you said. Real estate is definitely a good option, because it's normally quite solid and secure, but it's also quite expensive, when you compare real estate assets to stocks, bonds or precious metals. I think the bitcoin price is still low at the moment, so buying those assets would cost way more bitcoins than it should in my opinion. I think it would be a better option to buy gold instead, or some stocks of solid companies. If, or when, BTC price reaches around $20k then buying real estate looks like a better option in my opinion.

well me? i am looking forward to invest in real estates due the fact that it a good investment but i will stick to bitcoin first since the profit is way higher than you get in stocks or in real estate combined atleast at the moment but the time will come to diversify my investments i will invest my money into long term investments such as gold, real estate and stocks. but for now i will stay in the cryptocurrency market and stacking up some bitcoins

Yeah that is the thing which is actually coming in between my investment into bitcoin or real estate or any other investment that is related to non-crypto world. I mean why would I go into investment which can turn my penny into dollars if I have investment (crypto) which can turn my penny into couple of thousands in no time. I mean Im just giving the example in first place but this is the power of the bitcoin which it has already shown us and it will keep up this pace forever. Also I would also prefer to gain more bitcoins in the time to come and dazzle everybody in my friend circle and family off course. This I can not do with real estate business as I will also have to pay big taxes for this thing, and thats crazy to do when I have bitcoin with me.

Real-life investment is also needed when we had earning benefit from bitcoin. in any case the bitcoin value is a dump. with a real-life investment we can also have a reserve fund that can later be used to bitcoin back if we suffer losses on bitcoin trading
