.Everybody has to start somewhere, I like and prefer to work with members of our community. 99% of them have accounts on Bitcointalk.
I will advise you to do translation bounties, choose decent projects and translate few white papers, ANN/bounty threads, etc.
You will make few bucks and gain some experience which is easy to prove and then apply for a translator position in one of the services on the forum.
