I'm aware of the serious weaknesses in Galatasaray defense for two weeks. They just conceded 6 goals in their last 2 league games. This is very bad for a team trying to be the champions. But I still want to believe in my team to fix this problems at a good level by the Basaksehir game ahead. I still can't forget about that huge 7-0 victory over them. Grin

People might think like Galatasaray's morale would be in a worse condition. But I think the opposite. They should still be able to motivate themselves for a satisfying win here anyway. Because they are still the biggest title contender now. The league title is the only thing left they can achieve for this season. I think that we will be victorious by at least a 2-goal difference especially with the help of Icardi and his friends in the attacking line.

We can say that Beşiktaş Antalyaspor had a hard time away. In the 32nd minute of the match, Ömer Toprak and Antalyaspor took the lead 1-0. The first half ended with this score. The poing about Aboubakar is a great point. He scored in every game Beşiktaş has won. He showed his excellent finishing in this Antalyaspor game also. Especially the last goal was amazing. He shot amazingly even while he was unbalanced. And it seems like Aboubakar will continue his good performance for the rest of the season.

We watched a great Fenerbahçe in the first half of the season. While the first half of the season was played, we all predicted that Fenerbahçe would become the champion. Their remaining fixtures are really comfortable to win except the last one which is a derby match against Fenerbahce. But if they keep this gap until the derby match then there is no way Fenerbahce are becoming the champions anymore. Because they will need to beat Galatasaray by at least three goals in that case.

League back up again. Last time we had this run, between Besiktas, basaksehir, Fenerbahce, we dominated them all but this time around we started terribly by losing to Besiktas. In order to recover from that, we need to win this week without a doubt. Fenerbahce playing against Giresunspor, a very very easy game, they should be winning that no problem, I am not entirely sure whats going to happen with our game though. Basaksehir is a great team and they could end up winning it, and if we do end up losing again this week, that is basically our season gone probably, but if we end up getting equal points to whatever Fenerbahce gets (we can lose if they lose but we better win) then it will be Fener game that decides the faith of the season most probably, that should be a big game, definitely one of the bigger derbies we have seen in a while, a derby that decides the faith of the title.

I feel like it is expected for Besiktas to be good almost every season, they are either the champions, or they are in the top three almost every season, obviously not every single one but "almost" every season. This is why I believe that we should not really be expecting anything that is any different from them, I believe that we should not be considering them as a losing side, they are doing as well as hoped for and should continue to do that.

I can't really see that changing anytime soon, Galatasaray, Fenerbahce, Besiktas, these are the top clubs of the league and even though they are not going to end top three every season, because that's just not going to be easy, but at the end of the day they will most likely be there every season, so all three could play well enough.

Galatasaray just couldn't maintain a good effort after getting 1-0 ahead. Besiktas were obviously going to take bigger risks so Galatasaray attackers should have been able to make use of the opportunities. But the second half was pretty bad for Galatasaray. They didn't even have a single shot on target in this half and stayed quite weak when it comes to defending dangerous Besiktas attacks. The final score could have been even bigger than this if Besiktas didn't waste some more opportunities.

Okan Buruk needed to make some tactical changes before it was too late. I think that he also has a contribution in this loss. But those mistakes in defense are really unacceptable for Galatasaray while they are competing for the championship. Fans will expect improved performances next time.
