There are many rumors about Beşiktaş wanting to strengthen their center-back position. According to Yağız Sabuncuoğlu, Gabriel Paulista has signed a three-year contract with Beşiktaş. Gabriel Paulista is expected to arrive in Istanbul on Friday for Beşiktaş. Also there are many transfer rumors within Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray and Trabzonspor, but there does not seem to be any serious news.
I think Beşiktaş will make a great breakthrough this year. They will start playing top-level football with Van Bronckhorst and I feel like there will be a triple championship race this year. On the one hand, Fenerbahçe, on the other hand, Beşiktaş and Galatasaray. As these three teams compete with each other, the quality of the league will increase. I see Paulista as a good football player for Beşiktaş and I predict they will make more transfers.

Where there is competition, there is success. The fact that Beşiktaş and Trabzonspor are doing well in Turkey is a positive situation for Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray. For the last two seasons the league has been competitive between GS and FB. I think we will watch a very enjoyable league next season. Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş have signed successful coaches and these developments are already signaling us for the continuation of the league. Fenerbahçe attracted attention in the press by bringing one of the best coaches in the world to the team. I think Fenerbahçe will dominate the league next season with the transfers they will make and they will open the gap between them and the other teams. Because according to the rumors, 100 Million Euros are allocated for transfer spending.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst was the right choice for Beşiktaş. The Dutch manager, who had a successful spell at Rangers, will receive only 2 million Euro per year. This was the way it should be. There is no point in paying 11 million Euro a year to a manager like the rival teams. Now, if the players Van Bronckhorst wants are bought, an ambitious squad will be formed this season. Both in the league and in the Europa League progress can be made.
While Van Bronckhorst was a football player with a very successful career, he also managed to become a career-developing coach. What he did with Rangers should be appreciated. He played successful matches in Europe and can do the same in Beşiktaş. I think the money paid for Mourinho is astronomical. Instead of paying this much money to a coach, a useful player could have been bought for the team.

Van Bronckhorst did a nice job while coaching Rangers FC since he is still a developing coach he needs to test his coaching skills for different clubs before he can handle stronger teams so I believe he's gonna strengthen the Besiktas team since Jose Mourinho is also coaching a rival club over there which is Fenerbahce so there may be some competition in that league next season.

Saying that the money Fenerbahce spent on hiring Jose Mourinho to coach the team is much and should have been used to buy a better player is not really ideal because a good coach can also manage the available players and change the football dynamics of a team and let us not forget that Jose Mourinho is a notable and successful football manager that has coached several teams in Europe so he can possibly build up the Fenerbahce team to become more stronger.

Anthony Nwakaeme is back at Trabzonspor. The player who left Al-Fayha has returned to Türkiye. The player may be a bit old but he was an important part of the club during his time at Trabzonspor. Nwakaeme can definitely continue to showcase his talents there.
Even if he doesn't start in the first 11, he can come off the bench and make important contributions. He can be a good left wing alternative. He is a player who can both score and assist and draws attention with his strong physique. I think Trabzonspor made a good transfer.

Arda Guler definitely has some time to play without a doubt, I feel like he could probably get like 300-400 minute range in the first half of the season, and then about 600 or so on the second half of the season.

Because I think he will sub in later in the games they already guaranteed the result at first half, but on the second half on top of the being subbed in part, there will be some end games just like this season where he will get to play almost all the game. That would be nearing a thousand minutes, not saying that will break over that thousand minute mark, but it would be quite possible to get near it. When you have a 19 year old kid that looks like the future of that club and will play nearly a thousand minutes, why would you send him on a loan?

Probably I do not understand how things work. Or maybe I just don’t know enough things about football. But one thing definitely comes to my mind. It is a question which is, why would a player go from Tottenham to Fenerbahce? I understand that he is a good coach and a lot of players probably have a soft corner about him in their hearts. A lot of players probably want to work under his management. But why would a player go to the club that he is managing right now leaving Tottenham? It just doesn’t make sense to me. it shouldn't even go to Fenerbahce from Tottenham even if he is not getting good enough playtime in Tottenham. I think Jose Mourinho should be more realistic when going for players that he wants.

I also know that it is difficult to understand why a player would leave the premier league for the Turkish league, but the point is that this player, Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, has not performed well, from what I can see here:

source: https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/pierre-emile-hojbjerg/leistungsdaten/spieler/167799

In 36 games the guy didn't score any goals, the guy didn't make any assists in the premier league last season, so why would Fenerbahce have to spend a lot of money on this guy knowing that there are many other good players who perform well and at a low price? I hope it's just a rumor and that this news is not something serious, because it doesn't make any sense for Fenerbahce to spend money on this signing, Mourinho should focus on making good signings at lower costs, being a good coach nowadays, It means having a good vision when it comes to signing talented players, Real Madrid and Manchester City are teams that have a lot of money, but they are only strong because they have coaches with great vision when it comes to signing players, Leverkusen became Bundesliga champions because he has a coach with good vision when it comes to signing players. If Mourinho doesn't get the signings right, he will fail

If Beşiktaş builds a good squad, they can achieve good things this year. First of all, Beşiktaş needs to make big changes in its squad.
I think they will also participate in the championship race this year.
I hope we will watch an enjoyable and fair season.
All of this can be controlled if the club's finances are sufficient. I see that the condition of clubs whose finances are running low is very difficult to compete. Maybe one of the benefits for clubs whose financial conditions are low after Fifa's rules regarding the maximum player transfer limit were made. But that is not sufficient for a club with a weak economy.

Ankaragücü lost 4-2 to Trabzonspor and was relegated. In the final minutes of the match, Ankaragücü coach Emre Belözoğlu cried. There are rumors that Emre Belözoğlu was fired from Ankaragücü. A comment made by a Trabzonspor fan amused me: "Due to the curse Emre Belözoğlu received from Zokora, he criying as was relegated in Trabzonspor stadium.”
I think, that is natural thing when we did a hard work and we relegated.
Ankaragücü coach is very hard working person and he gave his hundred percent to give skills to the team members but players could not perform according to his expectations but I think, he is active coach of Ankaragücü team and nobody will fire him. Lose and win is a part of game but we should not ignore any person abilities.  Trabzonspor football team played very well and won by 4- 2 score. Destan did 2 goals and he remained prominent player in the whole match and he was very active player from his team .His team wo due to his 2 goals and he also did one goal  in penalty. He is excellent player and I appreciate him .

Lastly as for Beşiktaş, I still don't see a great season for them next time.  Sad  They still have a long road ahead. Unless they build a squad similar to Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray it is quite difficult for them to compete at the same level.

Galatasaray are the best team of the last years. They are winning league titles. Fenerbahçe are Galatasaray's closest followers. Last season they were in a fierce rivalry. Now these two teams will be signing new players. Fenerbahce signed Mourinho and will probably sign many star players. I think the gap between Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe with Beşiktaş will widen even more next season. Because Beşiktaş don't have the budget to make ambitious transfers like Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe. I don't see them being able to compete with Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe next season.

~snip~
I think the chances of Arda Güler returning to Turkey are very low and he definitely shouldn't.
Arda Güler can play in much better European teams.
If he returns to Turkey, it would be a very bad decision for his career.
Arda now needs to have much better teams in his career.
Yes, look how Arda Guler is developing with Real Madrid, it is really impossible for him to leave and return to the Turkish team because after all, Arda Guler got everything when playing in Europe, especially with Real Madrid.
But at least this has become form of Mourinho efforts to build team, maybe what he wants will not come true, but Mourinho will definitely have other alternatives in the future.
If it does return, maybe it will only happen in the future when its performance declines and no European team is interested in it.

~snip~

There is no way Mourinho is going to get Arda Guler. Because Real Madrid have already said that they are going to keep him in the squad. Real Madrid also said that they have big plans regarding him. So they are not going to let him go on a loan anywhere. So I don’t think there is any chance for him to actually get that player. By the way, Guler has performed really well in the few chances that he has got with Real Madrid. And that is also something which has made Real Madrid realize that he is going to be a very big asset for the club. So letting him go might be a wrong decision.

I understand that Mourinho wants to look at players from big teams. But he might as well look for other options because this is not happening.
Mourinho is coach who has lot of experience with European team and of course he understands how to get players from European team, indeed the chance that Fenerbahce will get Arda Guler is very small and even impossible to fulfill, but there will be replacement and Mourinho will definitely be able to get it.
Mourinho target is to be able to bring Fenerbahce to appear competitive in the important European competition that Fenerbahce will take part in next season so whatever it is, whatever is best for Fenerbahce, it will always be tried or supported by the team top officials.

Maybe Ali Koç has been elected once again but I think this time Fenerbahçe is preparing much better for new season. That Mourinho move and giving him a huge budget to bring the best players he can tell us this.

This is why I hope we, Galatasaray, do the right moves at the same time. We are likely to lose some important players this summer. It is crucial to keep the squad quality high every season as of now if we want continuous success.

Lastly as for Beşiktaş, I still don't see a great season for them next time.  Sad  They still have a long road ahead. Unless they build a squad similar to Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray it is quite difficult for them to compete at the same level.

Big teams are negotiating with many new players.

They are all trying to make the best transfers, but the best transfers usually come close to the end of the transfer window.

I expect a big move from Fenerbahçe this year in terms of transfers.
When Fenerbahçe president Ali Koç introduced the new members, we saw that they were on the list of very rich people. Ali Koç was re-elected and Fenerbahçe took the first step towards the championship with Mourinho. I'm sure they will enter a new and beautiful line with Mourinho. If Mourinho can make them champions and the team needs to re-rotate, Fenerbahçe will do it.
I think that Fenerbahçe Ali Koç will not have any financial difficulties with his management team. There are indeed very rich businessmen in Ali Koç's management team. I know they will form the toughest team next season, good players will be announced already. I wonder how high they can raise the level. Jose Mourinho alone is already at a very high level. When you look at it, the current Fenerbahçe squad is already quite good.

Yes, this is form of effort to prepare performance for better improvement next season, every team will definitely be looking for great players to replace or fill existing gaps.
After all, every coach will always try to always have line of great players in his squad and of course they have also prepared budget to be able to do everything more smoothly.
Only one who is able to have great players is Fenerbahce and is followed by Galatasaray but I think Fenerbahce will be far superior considering they also have very good finances.

Mourinho, who is the coach of Fenerbahce, has started to look for several players to strengthen his new squad, there is possibility that Mourinho is hunting for players from big team and the latest rumor is that Mourinho is interested in having Arda Guler, who is young Real Madrid player.

Not only Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe is also doing the same thing to strengthen their ranks, especially with the arrival of the new head coach of The Special One, namely Jose Morinho, of course he wants quality players who can work with him like those currently linked with Dybala Morinho wants to add Dybala's name to the transfer list to strengthen their attack line next season.

Fenerbahce will bring in many players this time because they are not satisfied with last season when they won the title, next season will be an important season for them to fight for the Super League title

Mourinho is a highly accomplished and skilled coach who has worked with top-quality and star players in all of his previous teams. As you predicted, I also believe that Fenerbahçe will make significant star transfers. Fenerbahçe’s President Ali Koç and Fenerbahçe board member Acun Ilıcalı have hinted at this as well. It seems that Fenerbahçe is determined to create a strong squad. This year’s transfer season champion could very well be Fenerbahçe.
