Besiktas this season is really bad and as one of the biggest teams in Turkey they need to perform on a much bigger level and try and compete for the title. This season they can only fight for europe spot and they are too far from the title. But the problem for Besiktas they are too far all of this years they just dont have the team to try and fight for the title and each year they are worst and worst. Besiktas can lose and drop points against every team in the league and this is why they should be avoided to bet on. They need to get a new scouting team and try and get big players like Fenerbahce and Galatasaray.

At the league level, Besiktas can't be said to be too bad. They play quite well for every season, they don't experience a very far decline in performance. But if we talk about competing for the championship title, of course, it will take a lot of changes to develop the team's game.
For now, it won't be easy for any team to compete with Galatasaray and Fenerbahce. But if Besiktas does manage to bring in some good talents in the next season, maybe they can compete for the championship title.

To be fair Besiktas has been bad since start of last season. I normally have a method where I would wager on good teams and Besiktas was one of them but since last season they have been pretty bad and that is why I stopped betting on them and the results are showing as well. I can't really consider this to be a simple feat, and I am not really looking for anything further, but I am doing fine so far, and because of that Besiktas has been terrible because of management.

I am not sure who they will get as manager, but since last season they changed managers like they are changing socks, but they are not getting any better, this means maybe the problem isn't with who they are hiring for that position? Looking at the team, the team itself isn't good enough to be in top four, so when the team isn't good enough to do well, how could anyone they hire manage the team to play better than they are? This is the reason why I am not expecting them to get good results no matter who they hire next.

This morning we woke up to a ridiculous news. Serdal Adalı has apparently not made any plans other than Sergen Yalçın and now he is thinking about which manager to put in charge of the team after Sergen refused to come. The situation is so bad that Montella news started to emerge today. Almost all Beşiktaş fans hate Montella. From the way he chooses players for the national team to the way he plays as tactical, Montella is a useless manager. No one could have made such a bad choice. It would be a big mistake to bring in someone the fans don't want in the first place. I think Adalı wants to finish his credit as soon as he arrives. At this rate, any opponent he faces in May will beat him and his presidency will only last 5 months.
There are also talks for Murat Yakın who is still in Switzerland national team manager. This is again acceptable, but whoever is coming must come as soon as possible. Beşiktaş has no more time to lose.

I agree on Montella. He is really the worst when it comes to creating strategies and picking the right formation for a team. We have all seen its examples during his time at Turkish national team so far.  Tongue

I have checked out some news sources sharing rumours about Beşiktaş' next manager candidates. I have seen even Allegri's name there. I mean Allegri is a big name and has a really successful career too. But I believe his style wouldn't be very great for dynamic teams.

If I were Serdal Adalı, I would prioritize a Turkish manager instead. If it won't happen with Sergen Yalçın then someone else could be found. But yeah he literally had no plans because of making too sure of Sergen to sign for them.

At the moment, Roger Schmidt is the number 1 manager candidate for Beşiktaş. Hüseyin Yücel had also met with him but he didn't accept the job. Now Serdal Adalı is also trying to bring Schmidt to the team. Naturally, nobody wants a 6-month assignment. There will be elections again in May and there is a slight chance that the president will change again. In this situation it's very difficult to bring in a foreign manager. It's difficult to make a new plan. But we cannot let these 6 months go to waste.
If Roger Schmidt will not be the new manager, the other options are Bo Svensson and Markus Gisdol. Bo Svensson has worked for Mainz and Unon Berlin. Markus Gisdol last managed Samsunspor and knows the league. I think Schmidt still should be the first plan. The Turkish options are not promising enough, that's another situation.
Another day goes by and we were surprised by the bad situation of Besiktas. After the developments you have mentioned, there were news about Vincenzo Montella about he was considered for coaching position for Besiktas. People argued if he can coach both national team and Besiktas at the same time. And it seemed that it was a serious situation. I couldn't believe Besiktas is even considering this option and not able to find a proper coach already. Current situation might be not good for Besiktas but the problems must be solved soon and with a good coach, things should be much brighter. Besiktas do whatever it takes to get a good coach for next year. I can understand if a temporary coach can work until the summer now, but for next season there must be very solid plans, transfers and coach.

I don't think having foreign VAR referees will solve the problems. I don't find it logical that this decision was taken in the middle of the season and will be implemented from the 20th week. Either they should have introduced it from the beginning of the season or they shouldn't have made such a change in the middle of this season.
All clubs complain about the referees, but the fact that VAR referees are foreign doesn't end the refereeing mistakes, it doesn't even reduce them. I think that most of the referees are not managing the match, they are just managing the situation. The number of referees who can call what they see bravely is already very low in our country, and when there are allegations that there are referees who take orders from certain centers, it's very normal that there is no trust in referees.

It is difficult to be sure of it before trying. But of course there is no guarantee I agree with that. Because there are many foreign referees in the biggest European leagues who are making unbelievable mistakes. They are doing it even though there is a VAR technology being used. I have seen many of them in the Premier League for example. The thing we need is a better management by TFF. Our football deserves a good handling for the future of it. I doubt the new TFF president will be able to do so but I would like to be proven wrong. Smiley

The first news that came out about this issue is that Anderson Talisca will come to Fenerbahçe. His transfer to Fenerbahçe is probably almost certain. However, this is not the only problem for Fenerbahçe. They are having a lot of trouble especially in the center back area. Samet Akaydın seemed like a very bad alternative both in European and local matches. When one of their main players got injured, they could not get the same efficiency from the substitutes. I think this is the biggest source of problems for Fenerbahçe. They should pay attention to the defense area.
I think the deal has been sealed. I have always had huge admiration for Anderson Talisca and I wonder why he is not playing in Europe with an elite club but it is good news that he is finally to sign for an European club and will participate in European competitions. Good news for Fenerbahce supporters as there will be joy and party in the streets if they get this deal through and successful.
Of course, we must admit that Talisca is a quality player. He played in Saudi Arabia and China for a long time. I think getting into shape in Europe was secondary for him. His plan was probably to make money. Since he has more than fulfilled his plan to make money, he must think that it is time to return to Europe. I hope he succeeds with Mourinho.

I'm very Optimistic about Fenerbahçe having a new top player Anderson Talisca among them that's if at all Fenerbahçe has not sealed the deal already because is not always difficult for them to be favoured on the market, in other words I'm considering how Al-Nassr will be on their league without Anderson Talisca because there is no way Al-Nassr will have a good replacement for him, so in this case it will be good for Fenerbahçe and bad for Al-Nassr unless luck will find them on the replacement or they offer Anderson Talisca more money he will keep Fenerbahçe offer in pending.

Talisca must be arriving at Fenerbahçe soon as far as I know. Maybe there are some final conditions to discuss between Fenerbahçe and the player's agent. But I don't expect any problems.

There are many other players being linked with Fenerbahçe at the same time. I don't understand their huge interest in Cristian Medina by the way. Is he really that talented?  Huh  They have been chasing this signing for quite a while. If he turns out to be a skilled player then it would be a good one for the future of course. He is only 22 years old now. Another rumour I have heard of is that Laporte is close to signing for them. But Kevin Danso signing is also close to ending. If they sign him first then I don't think they would spend tons of more money on Laporte.

It is undeniable that even though he is quite old as a striker, Anderson Talisca is still very active in collecting goals, this season alone he has scored 8 goals in all competitions with Al Nassr, that is quite an achievement considering he is not always a core player. If this deal is 100% guaranteed I hope the player can adapt quickly so that he can help Fenerbahce in the local league and European competitions.

I am also not in favour of having foreign VAR referees, but one thing is good from this we can have better results with local referees can also understand better use of technology and if they can afford then surely for one or two seasons we can have foreign ground referees as well which will surely bring better results and as things are going we can solve many issues which are not setting in last few years and due to social media we are having many controversies about them which are creating chaos about Turkish soccer which is not good.

After introduction of VAR there were hopes of better results, but we have too many issues even not in here in many other leagues with few times we have acceptance of wrong decisions, but still things are going well under control just because of this we can hope in near future we will be having better use of technology in sports.

Having foreign VAR referees will help reduce some errors made by local officials. I hope these referees will be hired from the top league in Europe because they are well-trained. Since they come from another countries they will not be easily influenced. But I hope they will be well protected from fan attacks and given the freedom to work. Maybe Turkish officials will learn from the foreign referee and improve themselves for better officiating. I see this move as a welcomed development that will improve the quality of play in the Turkish League.
Quality is football and the players will adds be really impressed with current development. Everyone imitates to be Luke Europe because they have one of the best football structure. We're referring to clubs that have been competitive and elite, developed in all rounds. Officials are one of the major sectors for football to have smooth run and the authorities will ensure they're gradually increasing odds for Turkish football. Turkish league is growing bigger than the usual phase and we've watched them hitting major heights. This is process for the entire league, they're also getting acquainted with players, having tighten spot for development. VAR have play a major role in football since its invention. It becomes a regular practice in Europe and have controlled a whole lot of drama that could have happen in the team.

Biggest advantage is minimizing the occurrence of fraudulent acts in the form of bribery to help one particular team in each match, this will not provide guarantee but can increase the neutrality of the match itself considering the various cases that have occurred previously.
Everyone will certainly be very enthusiastic and happy to hear this news but not with the Turkish football mafia, we can also prove the many problems of doubts about the performance of referees from the Middle East, if the referees were brought in from Europe maybe it could be much better.

After the 20th week in the Super League, VAR referees will be foreign. I think most of the problems in VAR will be solved with foreign referees.
I hope all referees will be foreign as soon as possible and we can watch much higher quality matches in the league.
After the foreign referees, let's see if there will still be objections and what will be the consequences for the two big teams.

Foreign VAR refereeing, which will be applied first in the matches of big teams, will be spread to other competitions in the coming weeks. With the VAR team coming from abroad, some discussions in the league may end or maybe there will be no difference. It would be good for foreign referees to take part in the matches, such changes need to be tried for the league to get better and get better. For the Super League to return to its old times.
