So I think it's really important for Twitter and Twitter shareholders that it continues to see the space and invest aggressively in it. It's not just Twitter that has a strategy for crypto money. Another social media giant, Facebook also has a digital currency. There is a clear need and reward therefore. And I think the original open standards of the internet is the way to go, which is why my focus and our focus is ultimately on Bitcoin.

Not only facebook, but also telegram, even though Facebook failed in its "libra" because of the lawsuit and replaced it with "silent", telegram with "TON" is a problem with the regulations rules, now Foobee is starting to plan with his "FBE" which was made a bounty by manager  irfan_pak10.
All of them (except with telegram) claims to be using cryptocurrencies to produce more optimistic products for tipping and commerce which can reach people from all arround the world; this is surely true to reach every potiential custmer but the problem imo is that those companies still studing the procedure of how they will get profit from it with the maximum less taxation to be paid. Facebook even tried to create something similar to cryptocurrencies but with a very centralised authority (fortunetly it failed before to start) while twitter aims to use bitcoin in particular (despite all the technical obstacles) also to reach the max largest population as bitcoin is the most known cryptocurrencies.

why do you exclude with telegram isn't "TON" owned by Telegram?, so far I haven't heard line from japan, wechat and waido from china do the same, how do you analyze "everything"?  don't just think Facebook acquired whatapp and Instragram they have taken over all your social media you're wrong!!!
Sorry man, I think i am somehow mistaken about few points.
I mis-read the symbol "TON" and thought it's "TRON". I was discussing how/why those projects preffered to use their own built cryptocurrencies and not using a one of the major altcoins in the market? I thought about this after reading op about Twitter to lunch more products using bitcoin as main system for paiements.
In fact, i can't compare wechat and waido with telegram and twitter because those companies are leaded by China which is a country who want to control everythings people use.
what's unique is that Chinese manufacturers should turn on the TRC20 network such as TRON, BTT, and others, but so far they don't use it, we know China is a very smart country and tends to use its own products even though they often have problems, interesting things are waiting for them there to invade cryptocurrencies.

I feel like over the past few years we have seen many companies big or small, trying to implement the use of cryptocurrency like bitcoin in some way or another, one would say how twitter could possibly be using crypto or bitcoin and here they surprise us with the tipping feature, and i feel like they will be creating some type of cryptocurrency specific to them just like Facebook did, and i am sure that a lot of other companies are planning to do this since this is a very profitable industry that has been growing at a fast rate.
Doesnt really matter much whether its a big or small company who had accepted bitcoin or make out some integrations. What matter most here is the recognition of those companies which does signify
that adoption is really on the move.
The easiest way is to do it with the state legalizing it.

All we do need is some catalyst that do really start up such step forward but well lets not make our hopes up because it doesnt mean that we would make out some guarantee that we
are heading there.

Either way, this type of method  sooner or later will be employed by others and so right now it is a matter of time.

it wouldn't be the same as what would happen if applying it was taken for granted.

If this is to be implemented for real, seems like they gonna use a Lightning network and Strike wallet. This is only positive thing for the Lightning network project. Jack is a legend and Elon just pumps shitcoins...
I guess it's all good still because that way, LN would get more exposure. Also, it's good that they're going to integrate Twitter with crypto, they will be able to make a significant bump to the prices.
It is all for publicity and nothing more. If it does anything to the price it will be at the effect of the second objective for BTC becoming more and more popular, getting more news attention which in itself is beneficial for the whole community.

If this is going in effect it should be positive news and hopefully one that can trickle down. Either way, this type of method  sooner or later will be employed by others and so right now it is a matter of time.

Of the many social media that are most instrumental in raising bitcoin is Twitter, we can see this from the many Twitter influencers who continue to campaign positively about bitcoin so that users increase drastically, the latest of course is Mr. Elon Musk who made the price of DOGE and bitcoin skyrocket to what it is today.
There are positive movements but also no absence of negative ones, it is clear that this social media network with many followers allows too much freedom of speech and because of its influence, Bitcoin also has many times of being damaged by the extreme sharing of famous individuals about their vision and thoughts, Elon Musk's silhouette is also among them. I'm pretty scared about getting benefits from the media, they are a double-edged sword and a character with two faces, darkness and light both have their place.

twiter and bitcoin,, actually the right words are bitcoin and twiter, because in my opinion it is not bitcoin that requires twiter but twiter that requires bitcoin support, because now bitcoin is very popular, then by itself twiter is getting closer to bitcoin, but twitter's steps can be said okay too, because with twitter, bitcoin can be more widely known..

I think I'm using the term correctly because it was Twitter that boosted the bitcoin price as stated below example:

Twitter was born before bitcoin, and was able to maintain its existence until now and they keep bitcoin alive by making bitcoin payments.

there was a shocking news from Twitter recently about paying for sharing bitcoin tips for creating content. What do you think will happen to bitcoin and cryptocurrencies going forward in the network system.
https://news.bitcoin.com/twitter-rolling-out-bitcoin-tipping-feature/

one advancement for the internet world, if twitter uses a network system to accept bitcoin, we as users and bitcoin owners just wait for the article to become a reality

Sounds very interesting. I have heard about this before, but thought it was just a rumor. With Jack confirming that the feature is coming to twitter, all those rumor seems to be true now. I wonder why this hasn't yet cause any affect on the market. Maybe we will be seeing a slight bull run soon once the feature goes live.
Do you think  they are going to start allowing users to tip with doge? Wasn't doge initially used as a "tipping" coin on different forum and community? That would be interesting too.
didn't you already say "I am embracing rumors" so this process has been talked about for a long time so when jack posts it too long since the rumors it will not affect the price, if with BTC the El Salvador issue is more interesting.

These articles don't guarantee whether Twitter is going to roll out that feature or not but in case they do I would interested to know they are going to make the tipping offline to the Twitter server or users can send another user directly on their bitcoin address.
In case users can send directly to other user's address then twitter will showcase their BTC address under their posts.
There has been a lot of articles that have been made for this specific news. And they're now telling that this is the reason why bitcoin has pumped recently and made the price break to $51k. About it being offline? I don't think that there's a thing such as that. It will happen online and just like any other tipping system or rewarding system to the other users, that's probably how it will roll. Let's wait how Twitter will roll this since they're going to do it with the lightning network.

Good add up but wont really be that much an interesting thing but at least its a good advertisement or promotion towards Bitcoin.
Also it could be done through tip jar https://9to5mac.com/2021/09/01/twitter-will-soon-let-users-send-and-receive-bitcoin-in-its-tip-jar-platform/

Twitter rolls out monetization options for their influencers, especially those who have verified accounts and have a considerable amount of followers. And since the feature is still at its infancy, there could be opportunities for bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to come into the scene and offer their valuable services to the table. Twitter has a good amount of usage from millions of its users, and this could pretty much mean good not only for bitcoin but for Twitter as well that since then had become a cesspool of canceling people, pornography, and a bunch of unsolicited bullcrap that each "content creator" force onto unassuming users' throats.
These articles don't guarantee whether Twitter is going to roll out that feature or not but in case they do I would interested to know they are going to make the tipping offline to the Twitter server or users can send another user directly on their bitcoin address.

I don't think the article's main point is to offer a shimmering glimpse of hope for people who are hoping for twitter to become cryptocurrency-friendly but rather as a means for people to be informed that Twitter is at least planning to include a feature like this as a part of expansive growth for their project. I don't think it's going to be offline though since in the case of the still in beta phase "Twitter Spaces", users would need to buy a ticket first before joining their favorite creators to whatever the hell they are doing online.

can we not compare elon musk to jack anymore because it's inappropriate
Elon doesn't have any contribution to Bitcoin so it's not inappropriate if we compare it to Jack Dorsey

I'm sure the lighting network and all the developments that Jack has done will become a new history
jack dorsey is a legend while elon musk is ........ (you can fill it yourself) Cheesy
