Whatever be their reasons for leaving, it is worth it. Life is too short to remain in a place where one doesn't have the energy to perform or tolerate a boss or leader who never knew much about the system before acquiring the system.
Musk is just doing business. Perhaps his ideologies and impositions don't sync well with those who had been behind the current success of Twitter. Patience is one virtue the employees who are left standing should exude. Musk has his own ideas that he intends to implement and who ever doesn't agree with him as seen, is always free to sign out, please.

After buying Twitter, of course Elon Musk sees that many things must be improved or changed, when it is conveyed to employees, they feel this is not in accordance with their ideas and vision so that they choose resigns, until now there is no official information whether Elon Musk will continue Crypto Project or not.
his other projects are a success and surely this will be a success too
Now I have read that Musk has ordered to remove 1.5 billion accounts and it will free up space for the people and the regular user. Good news for the people who have difficulty  finding names

not sure how this news going to affect crypto. even the doge fans are not even aware there is a Twitter crypto team.

elon will not care either if they all resign, he may be happy for what is going to happen. once BTC and whichever coins he'd fused to twitter, there will be lesser people to pay. he wants to automate things and will just run a program to operate.
Probably, these people resigned because of Elon, his new set of rules might be against the will of these people that’s why everyone had no choice but to leave the company. But we also know that Elon won’t be triggered by this, he could even bring his own people to work for the company and let those old staffs disappear. And of course, having few staffs to pay will give advantage to Elon and that will make him dominates in his new owned company.

I agree with your thoughts, many people are criticizing and defaming him. It seems they are just jealous of what he has achieved rather than giving the fairest comment. Although he is an entrepreneur, his vision is not just how to quickly make a profit or recover a loss, instead, it is a long-term strategy.

I don't remember reading somewhere saying Twitter will come up with an upgrade, and they will delete 1.5 billion bot accounts. This is the most annoying thing on this social network that the previous owner could not solve, showing that what he's doing is making it better. Let's wait for a new look of Twitter and we'll see if he's right or wrong.
Musk is doing good thing for the twitter. he will soon be removing so many accounts which are inactive
Also he has removed so many employees - and reduced the cost. Many people are in hurry - that he should have shared a 5 years plan - but most of the time plans change all together.

When Twitter was officially bought by Elon Musk, of course, there would be many desired changes, he bought for $ 44 billion and of course, as a businessman, Elon Musk hopes to get RoI soon, the extreme plan that Twitter will present may conflict with the ideas of most current employees so they choose to resign.

In a good movie of this year, Triangle of Sadness, it was said, “growth for the sake of growth is the ideology of the cancer cell.” I think Musk is not like that. He has enough of money, his estimated net worth is around $181 billion. He's smart enough to understand that adding another $100 billion to that will not make him happier. What he is doing in the recent years, not  only with twitter, is he is trying to make this world a better place. And he is succeeding in that course, in my opinion.

is so pathetic that employees who have given their all to Twitter would depart after they have raised Twitter to its standards. I wonder what would have led them to choose to stop working when the ownership changed.

I don't think this will have much of an effect on crypto in general, but rather on Twitter. Due to Elon Musk's new rule on the $8 monthly payment for verified Twitter accounts, many people will stop using it by then will find another alternative to social media handle
Many employees have resigned and some of them have been fired, that's why it's a risk when the company has a new leader because some employees will be removed from their positions, but employees who play an important role in increasing twitter should be maintained, but I'm not sure that elon will do that and he just have how to increase costs again for twitter account users.

The usual thing is when there is an overhaul of the management or change of the owner usually starts with the number of employees who come out, I work several times and there have been many employees who come out when the company changes the owner, it doesn't matter because the large company can always develop and will not be difficult to Looking for a replacement for employees who have come out despite having a good reputation.
Don't equate the company where you work with a company like Twitter Cheesy. Because in a company like Twitter it's not the employees who leave on their own with the intention of their own heart, but they are fired by the new owner for some reason. And it will never be the same as another company or like the company where you work, because you have to be able to distinguish employees who were fired from those who left themselves.

Elon Musk certainly has a vision and ambition to immediately Roi or even profit when buying Twitter, when the idea is delivered to employees, many feel different views so they choose to resign. And of course this is a difficult choice because it has to leave a world -class company like Twitter.
Employees also have a choice when the owner of Twitter changes with a concept that may no longer be as usual so they choose their own path by resigning. And people like Elon Musk I don't think will influence or falter on this because he still has the ability to bring new employees into the Twitter company.
Elon musk have a good vision and he is a successful businessman he will do good with the twitter too.
Some of the employee has mentioned that he has not shared the five year plan - I think the employee were more is hurry than the owners.

There is no doubt that Elon Musk's reputation as a businessman, he has a clear idea and concept so as to make many employees feel unable to fulfill the concept of Elon Musk and choose resign, but this is common when there is a transfer of management or ownership.

As we know that Elon Musk bought Twitter with a value of around $ 44 billion, of course, as a businessman, he must have ROI's calculations, when he sees many things he wants to change from employees and the employees feel as pressure then they immediately resign and look for other challenges.

If you truly believe that he is doing all he is doing just to make this world a better place, then I am very sorry for you. First of all, a "better" place according to who? Maybe some people will like it, and some people will hate it, how are you deciding who it is better for?

Secondly, is Elon the one who will decide what is better or not? Lastly, I understand EV, tesla is great for the world, but how about twitter, how could that make our world any better? Not a chance, it is a cesspool of worst parts of our humanity, and terrible things are said every second there.

All in all, he is there not to make money for sure, but not to better it neither, just for being a child man and seeking attention, that's what he likes, that's why he does things. He could have 500 billion dollars networth unknown person and be sad, compared to someone with 50 billion and known like him and be happy, that's what he wants.

What impact will this have on crypto? I don't think so, actually I don't even think it's bad news for crypto.
Elon Musk is an ambitious man and I don't really follow anything he says on social media. I have no interest in him even though he seemed to support bitcoin before. He is free to do anything for his company including firing and imposing strict rules there, that's his right and I don't think this will impact crypto, especially bitcoin.

The simple principle is, if you don't like working for him then leave. But if you like it, then follow the rules and play.

It is well known fact that a lot of Twitter employees are leaving the company. Now the news that Tess Rinearson, who was made the head of Twitter crypto team has made a tweet stating that he is leaving the company. Many other people in the crypt unit of Twitter space also followed her and announced that they will also be leaving the company. What impact do you think this will have on crypto space in general ? I am sure they must be working on crypto inclusion on the platform in some way and now when they have left the decisions will be delayed in this matter.

It is certainly very bad that crypto specialists are leaving Twitter, but others may simply come in and they will be able to complete all the necessary work. However, even if they don’t happen, I don’t think that this event will somehow affect the crypto market, because Twitter itself is not currently working with cryptocurrency, which means that all events taking place on Twitter do not affect the crypto market. Of course, I can be wrong and there is something that we do not see, but from the visible information, I hope that the crypto market will not receive significant changes due to the situation with the departure of crypto specialists from Twitter.
This obviously won't affect anything on the Crypto market but it will affect Twitter itself.
I personally don't really like Elon because sometimes his ambitions and expectations always lead to a lot of fans and I don't care about that. But when I'm in the word "Crypto" there I always see the updates that are happening there even though I don't really care what they do but it never hurts to know the developments that are happening there.

Sometimes when a comfort that has occurred for a long time is disturbed because of changing the owner and changing the habit will certainly make the workers depressed and the best option is resign, I have also experienced it, when there is a change of management, the new manager asks for things that I think is heavy and the road The best for me at that time was to find a new job and immediately get out of pressure.

I think the factors that affect Twitter employees come out is to feel depressed by the ambitious new owner's plan, they must have a vision that can be realized so that they feel difficult and choose to get out, if there is one person out then usually will be followed by other employees because they have worked together for a long time so that you have emotional bonds.
Not depressed but anxious. They can also feel pressured if they think that Elon Musk is too ambitious because they will be demanded for a much harder work but instead of thinking negatively in advance, why can they think positively instead?

If only they will learn to work under pressure, they will feel that everything is going to be easier for them eventually and once Elon got satisfied for the work that they have done, maybe they will be given by a huge reward. Not only that but they can also get promoted and then their salary will increase. I know it's hard to stay once your co-worker leaves but you shouldn't follow the mindset they have.

Most of them were fired by Elon, not resigned, and I don't find it too confusing when a new director tries to fire old employees and find a way to replace his employees. This is a normal thing that happens in businesses and I would call it a tradition in companies.  He is the best businessman in the world so I think he definitely has a plan and preparation for twitter. He is changing it, let's wait and see if it will be another success or failure for twitter.
Many employees have been fired since Elon took over as owner of Twitter, but it usually happens in a company because old employees are no longer needed or replaced with new employees. I wish twitter was better in Elon's hands, but so far there haven't been any significant improvements to twitter other than implementing an $8 fee for the blue stick.

Not only that, maybe there are employees not being fired by Elon but just decided to quit their job because they don't like their new boss.

And then there are employees just getting fired even if they like their job, but they don't have a choice.

And then Elon admitted that he lay off a lot of employees to cut cost because he just spent tons of money acquiring it so the operational expense should be cut right away. And then the $8 fee for being blue badge is another way to make money ASAP.
there is a huge lay off being done by the great companies.
I dont know why is it happening but the things are not coming in control the COVID and Russian war and afghan war has brought so much destruction in the world
